Nonsense! All space ponies are beautiful. And omg it's YOU! You made that gorgeous Citrus Fizz custom! She is gorgeous! I'd never considered making a custom out of a sparkle pony. You did such a beautiful job!

I don't know if anyone here is a fan of Steven Universe, but I have a giant crush on Rose Quartz and wanted to make a custom to honor her. She's made from a G3 Valenshy, and her hair a custom blend of 50% Fairy's Breath, 25% Sakura, and 25% Brilliant Pussycat. It was boil-permed using large curlers, then fluffed slightly, and decorated with pearl headed pins and flowers. On her display side is the symbol that appears on Rose's shield, and on her non display side, a simple night sky set against her pink body in the show's animation style. Nope! No airbrushing. Just paint brushes, and makeup wedge sponges.

I just signed up for Flickr. Their free account is pretty generous. Up to 1TB of image capacity, with images allowed of up to 200MB each. For reference, the images I usually upload are like 10MB. AND, you can embed images on third party sites for free, as far as I can tell. Here's a test image to see if it works. My take on a Morning Glory update, since she was my favorite flutter pony when I was a kid. <3 I got her wings from an Ebay user based in Germany: http://www.ebay.com/usr/a8aglaia. The wings are pretty exact replicas of the original flutter wings. Morning Glory is made from a Minty, who had just the right body color, and rehaired her with Electric Banana from Dollyhair, the same as the original G1. Her wings are rooted directly into the body with no mechanism. Yeah, I seal the bodies with Dullcote when the painting is finished, then I do the hairing, and the TT was the very last step. Do you think it's a reaction to the Dullcote?
