Title: Need help from an Italian member *RESOLVED*

Hello Everypony!

I am selling my collection on eBay and there was someone from Italy who bought something from me and is now asking questions. I think there was a language issue (I´ve listed in english) and I cannot explain it - he is not understanding me.
Can you please help?
Pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaase *with cherry on top* ;)
