After the fair, the leftover, numbered out of 200 Trolleys were oversold, because of an issue with inventory(they thought they had another full box, but it turned out when they opened the box, those were the rejected ones or something, if I remember correctly?)
So since the fair staff(not the same staff as now) had already sold those Trolleys on the boards, they asked the buyers which they would rather have: a refund, or a non-numbered version of Trolley labeled 2.0, that way it would be distinguishable from the 200 numbered ones. Some of us(I was one of them) chose the 2.0, and only a handful were sold as Trolley 2.0, only to those who had already been promised a Trolley, so that way they stayed limited.
Price wise, there are so few Trolleys they all go for about the same amount, on the rare occasions one shows up for sale. There was no 2.0 versions of Frisco, because they didn't have the same issue with her.
