Practise makes perfect, also good idea to watch how to videos on YouTube and try what you see. And yeah your paint sounds too thin if it's dripping

You can use regular windex as a thinner also, as long as the paint is thinned properly and you clean your gun after every use it shouldn't be a problem

The image actually dulls her down, her hair is much brighter and I sprayed her legs a darker pink which you can't really see. Since I use my iPhone to take pictures everything is always more vibrant in real life

I never woulda thought of anything like that.

It's fun, can be tricky getting paints to work and not go a runny mess and not accidentally smearing everything. I have other stencils I've been putzing around with but lace is my favourite to work with

I've done one for a customer who gave me that image as a reference but was told to do what I want, with something that simple it can get hard to make it look different.
I personally am not ok with straight up copying someone's design that's just not cool but if the customers gives it you just as one of their examples Of what they want it's different. Giving someone examples and artistic freedom is totes different than just straight up copying

I feel they took everything out that made Jem outrageous, no Misfits no Synergy?! What the heck! With today's CG abilities(look at the marvel movies) Synergy could have kicked some serious ass.
I'm sad they made it for teens we don't need another coming of age remake we needed Jem!
To me it just looks like a bad fan fiction
