Help! Can't answer a question buyer has asked on Ebay!?

I have no clue where it is! I didn't receive an email saying I had a question, but the listing has 'unanswered question/ in red above it and on the drop down menu on the right the first one is 'respond'.

When I go through to my inbox, there is no question there? I've searched all through my deleted and archived, but there is nothing? It even says 'You have no more questions to answer.'

I'm new to selling on Ebay, but have been buying for years.
Does anyone have any clue what's happening? Googling it isn't getting me anywhere..

Did you answer a question for that particular item and the member replied back, maybe as a thank you? If so that would register as another question to be answered? Otherwise I am at a loss.

I did send a message to someone regarding their order which is the same item. They replied and I left it at that.
Do you think it's picked up on their reply and think it's a question? Arrgh Ebay!

Yes, unfortunately it will still pick it up. Just ignore it.

Yep that's what it is - so while it's irritating, at least it's nothing to worry about

Oh phew, thank you both! I've only ever sold one other thing on Ebay so this is all frustratingly new to me.
