Those are excellent pictures, nhal039!

And thank you so much, pandabear_chan- help is much appreciated! The symbol looks better than in the pix, and I'll try to take new ones in daytime, then pass those on.

Thank you much- I look forward to hearing back from you! I imagine it's a bit stressful keeping track of everything... lol- that being said: I think I just spotted a "Heart Throb NBBE", and the Peru Blossom- may I see those as well, please, when you have the time?

Thank you, dakotadarkhooves!

Let's see if I can implement, then... and maybe next time I'll take the pictures during the daytime, when there's natural light:

Next question is: how do I post all the pix, and not just one?

[little edit to remove the ; which was stopping the imagesetters from showing love pkw xxx]

I have a Lambaditsa where the symbol on *one* side- the bows, anyway- is relatively good...
My photos aren't the best because my camera phone sucks- but I'd like to share what little I can offer.

I don't know how to insert the pix here, though: If I select the image button, it inserts something like "image/image" into my text box, but doesn't have me actually select any images.

Any advice / instructions?

Introductions / Resuming a childhood passion

So... I, Becky, am a new member on this website; but, as someone previously mentioned, not new to MLP.

I was born and raised in Germany, minus 3 years my family (military dad) spent in the States- that was from 1983 to 1986.

During that time, I discovered and fell in love with My Little Ponies.

We lived on a military base that had a golf course and ravines, and golfers would often hit their golf balls into those ravines.

Little me loved exploring down there, loved looking for and finding lost golf balls, and loved selling them back to golfers... I made pretty decent money as a knee-high-to-a-grasshopper.
And what would I do with that money?

Why, buy my own My Little Ponies, of course.

During those three years we lived in the States, I bought as many MLPs as I could... had about 110 when the family returned to Germany. At that point, I had to start a new school, re-learn German at the same time, and simply adjust to a completely different life... one that did not include making money through selling golf balls, and buying ponies. I'm not sure I even realized My Little Ponies existed in Germany... but again, I wouldn't have been able to afford them anyway.

Life went on, and fast forward to 2017. After traipsing around the globe, I returned to visit my parents in Germany, and started cleaning up the attic.

I don't even remember at what point I stored them up there, but I came upon my pony collection... and fell in love all over again.

Now I'm in the process of trying to collect all the ponies I couldn't get as a child- all the newer ones after 1986.  :-)

And that is my pony story...
