As of right now, petites, porcelains, g4 styling sizes, squeaky butts, and, for the most part, multiple variants of the same pony. Though at first I wasn't collecting anything, then only blindbags, then only blindbags and brushables, then only g4, then only g3 and g4... I'm sure I'll get dragged into most of those I just listed eventually

There's a heck of a lot of ponies I don't collect because I like to keep my collection small and easily manageable (it's at about 10 at the moment, my maximum is 15). Still, I wouldn't touch Perfume Puffs or Happy Tails ponies with a bargepole under any circumstances because I'm just not that keen on them.

G3 and G4. Also G1, but I do have one adult and one baby.

Although I have some ponies from all generations, I don't collect G2, G3 or G4. I buy ones if I like them but I honestly don't go after them and I don't remember names for a lot of them.

I collect all sets of G1. The only ones that are omitted are ones that are too insanely expensive for my tiny little pony purse.

The only ponies I don't collect are G3.5 and the newborn babies. This also includes any of the plush/plastic hybrid baby ponies. I tend to deny them when offered unless they come in a big lot where I just take them anyway. I don't care for them at all though and have no desire to add them to the collection.

I'm also not really a blind bag / ponyville mini fan anymore, but I may get into them.

Most G4 brushables, most EQG dolls save for a really cool RD or Sunset Shimmer, plushies in general (they take too much space though I do have a few)

I just don't collect g4, don't mind the show tho not crazy on the pony vill ponies either, but the mermaid ones are kinda cute

I have some of each gen, but I don't collect most of the G1, G3 and G4.

I don't collect G3 or G4, though I have a few ponies from both of those gens.  But if it was G1/G2, I want it.

G3.5 is my only 'no' generation. I don't have any twilight sparkles in my g4 collection as for what ever reason I can't stand her. Pretty much any g3 is safe excpet the core 7 in that awful pose they bought out towards the end of the line. G1 wise I do not collect or over want:

Perfume puffs, newborns, happy tails, so softs, adult sea ponies, sweetheart sisters or that mold, ballerina adult or babies, early pegasus ponies, or sundae best or flutters.

The only ones I don't collect are the BBE babies and G3.5's (except the mommy ones).

Well, it all depends on the price and where I am when I find it.  Like if it's a good garage sale day where I've already got a lot of ponies I'd definitely pass on some cheap g3.5s.  But if it's the last stop and I'm still empty handed, then those cheap g3.5s are going home with me.

I am strictly a collector of G1s.  Anything that comes in a lot not G1 goes straight to my daughter.  Within the G1 collection itself, I am not oppose to any of the traditional sets of ponies, but there are a few that I have not actively sought out-
