Faust isn't hating, she was trying to make an innocent joke.
Considering her age she would have been getting these ponies when she was 9 to 11ish which is quite old for the core target market. I love ponies now and loved them as a little girl but as a toy people stopped buying them for me when I was 6 or 7. The main "gimmick" sets were later in the line by which time I guess she had out grown ponies as toys.per se.

I know they didnt go out of fashion, so I guess as a little girl my demands simply changed
I saw this posted on facebook, she has a very nice collection
