Never seen those G3 comics before and it's a little odd to see a G3 pony get mad, though we were close with Pinkie Pie in A Very Minty Christmas.

Rainbow Dash gets angry at Rarity in The Runaway Rainbow after Rarity eats all the cake, goes on a rollerskate chase, and  gets her all muddy.

Looks more annoyed than angry IMO. It's not to the anger that both Sweetberry and Rainbow Dash show in that comic.

Pinkie Pie meets a unicorn (or a cosplaying earth pony?  that horn is pretty fake looking and this was way before Hasbro was making G3 unicorns) doing art in the woods and MODELS SUGGESTIVELY for her.

Seriously, what's with the bedroom eyes in all those paintings?   

I have no idea what message we are supposed to get from this story.

hee hee yay so much G3 love in this thread! It's nice to find people loving my fave gen. ^^ The poor G3's get knocked on by everyone, the ones who don't like them for being so different than the G1's, and the G4 fans who are mortally offended by their existence. *hugs G3's!* I will love you forever, G3's.

And omg these comics are so awesome. I am in love with the strange, strange art... and in hysterics with the story.

Are these comics legit by Hasbro? I ask because the cover page to "Pinkie and the Artist has two errors: The capitalization of "and" and the mispelling of "Pinkie".

Yes, they're from the first G3 annual.  I believe they misspell Pinkie's name in most of the stories.
