who is this? and what should I do with her

i just got back from the local weekened bootsale i found a buch of vintage ponys most of who I recognise. This pony is in a rather bad state but I'd never seen her before so I brought her any one got any ideas who she is? Or what I sould do with her as she is covered in a rash of spots

With the orange hair she was a US release...very cute! I love this pony.

It sounds as though she has ingrained dirt...is it like lots of little black dots? If thats what it is then its simply dirt which has literally formed in the pores of the plastic - the only way to get it out is lots of warm water, soap and elbow grease in order to scrub the dirt out.
