Mrs. Prospector, good question, It could go a few different ways, and while I do also think the end results might end up unsettling for a big percentage of people, it will still be a lot of fun on itself to see this peculiar mixture. An easy example is the 'Smurfs' movie where the actors were blend in with semi-photo-realistic 3D characters: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginIn the 'Lion King' movie they went full on with photo-realism, and people did not really favor this style, but it's also an example: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginLet's visualize this mix by looking at this gif of a real life pony strutting around, lol: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThen there's this target commercial that showed G4 MLP toys rendered straight in 3D, and at some point they also blended them with human actors: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginLike I said, I think it cannot be done without stepping into some uncanny territory, but I think that will be the charm of it!

I've now updated the cast with three more additional characters that are non-existent in the original series, but I think would make up for nice additions, also a summary about the usage of these new character can be found under the [EDIT] bracket on the OP!

[FanCasting] My Little Pony: The Live Action (2024) by ©iannis / n_66_x Now that the 'Live Action' movies are on a rise, I thought it'd be fun to visualize what a 'Live Action' Adaptation of the 'My Little Pony: The Movie (1986)' could possibly look like~! Here is my 'Dream Cast' for this project: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginMelissa McCarthy as Hydia Chris Rock as Spike Danny DeVito as The Moochick Mckenna Grace as Megan Jaeden Martell as Danny Mykal Michelle Harris As Molly Maya Hawke as Draggle Nicola Coughlan as Reeka I think it would be so bizarre, weird and funny if Hasbro ever made a 'Live Action' with a mixture of 3D ponies with real human actors, I can already picture how epic this could turn out with the right direction, and maybe it would also spawn a new generation of 'My Little Pony' toys based on the G1 characters, now that would be worth it just for that alone, right??!! lol. [ EDIT]: I've now updated the cast with three more additional characters that are non-existent in the original series, but I think would make up for nice additions: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginNico Parker as Big Sister Henry Cavill as Dad Thandiwe Newton as Mom The way I imagine it is, the parent characters having just bought the farm that we see Megan attending to a horse in the 'Rescue from Midnight Castle (1984)' movie, I think expanding the storyline of the human family a bit will make the movie more approachable for a larger audience, the Mom and Dad characters having brought their new life together to the farm, where their children, as they get familiar between them, discover a way to visit the Ponyland, then perhaps at some point they can also bring back some of the baby ponies to the farm and shelter the forest creatures to protect them from the Smooze, also put the sea ponies in the bathtub of the farm, etc, and then the parents discovering their existence for the first time when they're all crammed in their farm like this, I think that would be quite funny and cute... Farmboy Henry Cavill with a mustache in Cowboy attire nursing and bottle feeding baby ponies wrapped in blankets??!! Now that would be cinema gold, lol!!!

Hi! I'm trying to replicate some missing parts from the 1983 Pretty Parlor, and I'm seeking for some measurements and reference pictures. i'm looking for someone to make me a "professional" looking(with the metals) G4ZILLA Pikie Pie tail that will be a perfect match to the material/texture used for the G4 Pinkie pie manes out there..I don't want to have to reroot her head too so i'm looking for a tail that will be a good match. it doesn't have to be too thick or too long but be manageable and soft and have a natural curliness.i didn't like my G4ZILLA Pinkie Pie's tail cause it was much shorter and felt drier and than her mane so i took her tail out to fix it and rearrange it to gain some length and softness but the texture only got worse and now i don't have a tail for her!T____________T has anyone who rerooted a PP G4ZILLA kept her original mane hair? and would making a tail out of her hair work in length for a G4ZILLA? or maybe I can find a few smaller Pinkie Pie tails to match or loose hair from custom shops? perhaps something that i would be able to replace hers with and match the hair quality,swirl and texture... any ideas and help from the experts would be highly appreciated, i want to fix my PP so she can be placed back in her shelve(she is in a box now) visitors can't see pics , please register or loginPost Merge: June 07, 2014, 04:05:58 PMbump!

ok, her hair is nice soft and wavy but..her tail is different texture(?)..
it feels much dryer with thick broken ends and doesn't take styling well so this really bothers me..T___T
has anyone who rerooted their PP kept her original mane hair,
and would making a tail out of her hair work in length?
or maybe I can find a Pinkie Pie tail or loose hair
that i would be able to replace hers with and try to match the hair quality and curl, any ideas?
