Yes they are and you can only get it at wal mart. I think that is one or two ponies in it that has not came out yet.  I hope a Blind Bag pro will tell you for sure

Yep, the non mane-6 ponies are all exclusive to that set. They're blind bag versions of G3 ponies and haven't been released in any other waves.

^^ This. Everyone outside of the four mane six in the group are entirely new and so far only available in that set. We may see them in an upcoming blind bag wave (like the toys r us exclusive sets) or it may just end up as purely exclusive. (like emerald ray in the target set.)

Yes so far both the box sets with the G3 characters - this one pictured and the TRU Kiosk pony set have all been exclusive to their individual releases.

I am loving seeing these G3 characters even though some of them seem to have changed species - perhaps it would be nice if they released some as brushables.
