I am feeling a lot better now. The only things I did differently yesterday was drinking a Coke Zero instead of a regular Coke and I also drank one packet of Emergen_C because the flu is going around. I don't usually drink diet drinks though. Maybe Coke Zero isn't the best substitute drink for me. Where do you get the fruit tea? Is it the kind you brew or is it pre made?

Get a box of Bigelow or Celestial tea bags in Country Peach or Wild Berry Zinger, or anything similar. Fill a plastic pitcher 1/3 full of boiling hot water, steep 4 tea bags for 10 minutes. Add a few cups of ice cubes, enough to make the tea cold, then top off with more cold water. You can either sweeten by the glass or put sweetener straight in the pitcher. I use liquid Stevia drops. Trader Joe's has it, so do Kroger/Fry's/Fred Meyer, Whole Foods, tons of places. It also comes in packets like Truvia and by the box of powdered. Just to give you an idea, the liquid drops from Trader Joe's would take 30 drops to do a whole pitcher. Stevia is SO GOOD because it's not chemicals that hurt your body, it's just the extract of a sweet tasting plant, but not sugar. I find artificial sweeteners like Splenda and the pink and blue packets cause MORE cravings and give me headaches. They've also been shown to be detrimental to weight loss because of cravings causing people to overeat without realizing. There's also a fantastic soda pop made with stevia and natural ingredients called Zevia, and it comes in root beer, cream soda, cherry, grape, lemon/lime, cola, and maybe a couple other flavors. They are all clear, no artificial colors. I have one a day. Again I find those at Kroger/Fry's/Fred Meyer and also WinCo if you're in the northwest. I hope that helps! Great job getting your workout in, Ponyfan!

OK I'm pretty excited... Today something happened I've been waiting a long time for. I have slimmed down enough to take off my wedding ring. I can clean it and polish it again!! It was so embarrassing that I couldn't take it off for like a year because my finger had puffed up. My husband used to take me to the jewelers every six months to get it cleaned and prongs checked, and we'd make a date of it. I kept having to make up excuses why it wasn't a good day to go, because I was too humiliated to admit to him there was no way I could hand it over. TODAY I GOT IT OFF!!! And it goes back on easily! This might seem a minor thing, but to me it was symbolic of my body being seriously messed up. I don't want to EVER be like that again. And you ponies are the only people I can tell, because I am not shouting about this embarrassing fact on my Facebook page!

So I made this. I've been trying to sell it as part of a fundraising effort to finance an adoption. I'm having a bit of a tough go of it, mostly tire kickers and people saying "Yay! Cute!" but not buying. So I'm reaching out to all you genius fellow custom arteests to find out what I could do for this girl to increase her curb appeal and make her irresistible. She's pretty basic right now, just left the hair hank-length. What does she need to look more finished? Anything? Just wait it out patiently? I set her at $35, is that a good price? visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login

I had a bunch of wingers years ago and ended up selling them all. It was so weird to me, because I thought that since I love baby ponies, fairies, butterflies, and flutter ponies, that I would naturally fall in love with wingers since they have so many of those qualities. But they sat in my herd for a year and never moved me. I didn't expect myself to respond that way, but all ponies in my herd must move me, so I let them go where they'd be better appreciated. They truly are sweet though.

CG do you have stairs in your house? You could try going up and down more to make up for your walks?

And all the collector pose originals that constantly fall on their noses. Did nobody prototype and market test these?
Oh I forgot all about collector pose. So many pretty ponies are in this pose; it's a shame because they just look so depressed.
Definitely. I felt I simply had to go out and buy each of them a baby so they'd have something to live for.

Ah, I thought this was a rhetorical question at first! Hmmm... *rubs chin* What color is Mimic indeed?
