G2 - Maybe the Princesses*? A lot of them are very pretty!
G3 - Jewel Ponies (and Jewel Birthday*), Sparkle Ponies, Super Long Hair, Dream Design, Shimmer Ponies, Birthflower Ponies*, Crystal Design*, Cutie Cascade, Divine Shine (if we pretend the plastic breakdown doesn't exist!), Pretty Patterns
G4 - Neon Rainbow Power*, Pearlized, Ponymania, Pinkie Pie's Boutique (I only got the Pinkie with the purse from this set and really regret not getting Wysteria...), Seaponies

g2: I love the first 2 Secret Surprise sets. Also the ponies with onesies! (set name escapes me).
g3: SLH ponies!! And Pretty Patterns ponies... and scented ponies.... Too many favourites xD

G1 Rainbow Curls are the overlords. G1 TAF and Sundae Best ponies are other sets I really like. And the beachy SH Sisters.
G3 Birthflowers are a gorgeous but huge set. I only like the Pearlies because they stand out from Generation Bore.
For G2 I'd say the fabric costume ponies were cute.

G1: TAF!!!! Hands down my fave haha. I also love Twinkle Eyes and So Softs, and the CP ponies and Big Brothers.
G3: The Butterfly Island ponies for sure! I LOVED all the ponies that came out in that era, especially Water Fire.
G4: I forget what the set is called but the one where they have their cutie marks over their eyes and had the little charm necklaces.

G3: Birthflower,Jewel,Gradiants,Cascading Symbols,Scented and Super long hair was cool and all the cute little babies, Unicorns and pegasi.
G4: Pearly ponies, water cuties and the new movie ponies.

G1: All sets, except the colourswirl ponies and all ponies in the 'Mimic' pose, and the newborn baby ponies. Otherwise, yup, they are all my favourites. As you can probably guess: I have a Problem :P
G3: I have just started collecting and really do not know enough about the sets to comment. I am all about the poses, and am not awfully keen on those ponies in the same pose as Scootaloo. Not sure of the name of that pose though and feeling way too hot and lazy to look it up. So I am just going to sit here and wonder why there is some guy sitting on our neighbour's roof.
