I don't know if its different in the US but in the UK you need a shop/ business account on ebay to be able to ask for immediate payment on BINs . It has the option but when I check the box it wont let me apply it, it just has a message about why I cant

I am in the US and I am able to use the immediate payment option on my buy it nows. If someone makes an offer then that's different and it doesn't apply. But if they buy the item outright I require immediate payment.

She's already on there. I put her on there a while ago when I had problems with her.

I added a comment on the non-paying buyer thread too   Looks like she has appeared on there a couple times already-disappointing that this person continues to be a non-payer

EDIT:  If the buyer still does not pay after an unpaid item case has been opened, how long must the seller wait before they can cancel the sale and sell the items to another buyer?  At this point I would rather sell these ponies to another buyer rather than continue to wait on attheirongates since she has failed to pay and ignored all contact for nearly a week now.

One more edit: Per eBay it appears I'll have to wait 4 days
