Went to TRU today looking for wave three of the sparkle ponies but instead I found the first wave of the new look ponies on card (Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Pinkie, and Lyra). They were $5.99 each. I'm in Ottawa Canada (Merivale TRU for you locals).

Posting in the customs forum once a year, whether I need to or not.    Wanted to show off my Contest entry for the Fair this year. I don't think these two need much of an introduction: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginMegan is a regular Megan doll, with clothes matching her Rescue at Midnight Castle outfit. I hand sewed everything, and I am really, really, REALLY bad at sewing.  Her boots are a pair of Barbie boots that have been cut down and repainted. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginTJ started as a Mirror Mirror, fully repainted and rehaired with Dollyhair Buttercream and Virgin Snow. I added the heart-shaped spot on her rump as a throw back to when the Nirvana Jenny was originally "found" and assumed to be TJ. Hi Pony Peeps, Founds these while grocery shopping last week (at Bulk Barn in Canada). I had to pick up the cake pan, of course, can't wait to try it out. Hi all, Finally getting round to posting my Hasbro-inspired custom from this year's Fair (I'm nothing if not slow). Chicago Munchy more or less speaks for herself. Hi folks,
As the title says, TRU is starting to get the new pony line in. The Apple Family stuff has been out for a few weeks, but they've now got EQG "games" dolls on the shelf (sorry, I didn't look closely at those), Rarity's new playset, and the playschool two packs are starting to arrive ($7.99 for the two packs, and yes, they do have symbols on one side, and they're not with the rest of the pony section but in the preschool section).
Also, the older sets that are still around (Shadowbolt Dash, the weird "goth" pack, dolls) are discounted this week, AND buy one get one half off too.

She was fully hand-painted (no airbrush!) and her hair was also hand dyed. I was incredibly nervous working on her, convinced that I would mess up the paint job or scratch it later. Hi folks,
Can I get a price check on August Gladiolas? I checked the archive and saw one for about $25 MIB. But the one I have is loose, slightly dry hair, and faded. The pink stripe in her hair is totally white. I assume the other hair colours and symbol are also somewhat faded. What's a fair price for her?

Yay, the elf pony by Elfpony has arrived! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSalli and I share a love of Tolkien, so it was incredibly easy for me to choose from her list. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginLauriel is a Tolkien-style Elf. She divides her time mainly between Lorien and Mirkwood, as she has relatives in both places. But she is also a Ranger, and makes frequent trips to visit Elrond Half-Elven in Rivendell. She is frequently traveling among the mountains and valleys of Middle Earth, battling the forces of the Dark Lord with her bow and quiver. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginHer clothes, bow, and the points on her ears have been sculpted from Apoxie, and she's been fully repainted and sealed. Her hair is a blend of Buttercreme, Golden Goddess, and Golden Sun. I'm so glad you like her, Salli, and that she arrived safely! I think we'd seen some of the later rainbow rocks ponies repackaged into cutie mark magic packaging already yes? The Princess Sterling and Gold Lily sets?
At Walmart today I saw some others. Twilight and Fluttershy with breezies, the Princess Twi and RD and Cadence and AJ sets. Not sure if these have been widely seen yet.

Ok Ponyverse, who can give me tips on how to open an clean a DnW baby? I know there's a tube inside, but it looks like it's probably been cracked or something, because she's clearly got mold inside her. Other than the tube, is there anything else I should expect to see? Also, is it possible to keep the tube intact when I take her head off, or should I not bother trying?
