Hopefully everything arrives OK. When i dropped it off, I had to explain to to friend EVERYHING that was wrapped up in each thing and then she told the PO worker in Chinese. Even the items that were not wrapped, I had to explain what they were. I hope customs didn't unwrap anything. The PO worker said next time to just wrap everything up in a bag and tape it together and send it like that..NO BOX or padded envelope. I was like WTF? Although this explains why I often get things from china sent to me in plastic bags..

Do all customs across the world open the boxes and check!? I sent a small box of candy out to one of my friends once but I wrapped it up weird with packaging paper and packaging tape. *flinches at idea they stabbed the pretty sparklily box the candies came in*

Also last year I had a swap and I remember who I shopped for lived overseas. She didnt take pictures of the presents, just the goods inside. I wonder if customs unwrapped her gifts....

Yup! We are actually going to two of the parties! Sept 30 and Oct 2. There's trick or treating, special fireworks, villain character photo ops, and the rides of course! We're excited

I worked a few of the parties, it was pretty cool. I just stood someplace in Liberty square and handed out candy, OR sometimes I was handing out candy for the "special" caracters

I sent hot coco to someone in canada and they said it was open and all over the inside of the box. 
I think most places randomly select packages, like the TSA does with checked luggage.

Yikes Tiki! Sounds like a royal pain in the butt to ship things in/out of China! Glad you could finally get it done though! Seems like they do things waaaaay differently than here haha.

Shop around for a price? Do different POs charge different amounts?

It could go quicker. When I shipped (on a Thursday I think), it said my partner would get it on Tuesday, but they got it on the Saturday before that instead! Shipping is wonky sometimes lol

I think they meant that they meant something like UPS or DHL. from what I have read online, using FEDEX or anything like that costs way more then China post - something about import taxes or something.
