Hopefully someone here has one and can help out with a bit of a comparison...
Recently, I was asked to fix up a poor Argentina Truly-like bride (white, lickety splits pose, has truly's symbol) and she was in awful shape, no tail, red marker all over, has turned yellow/brown, symbol fade, paint in eyes, pink stuff, and her mane is shaved to the skin, but then at the top between the ears it has maybe a centimeter left. Well, upon close inspection I see there's tinsel in there. But it's so short and in such a state that I can't really tell what's up with it.
Did the tail have tinsel too?
Who (of usa pony) has tinsel closest to this one? It seems silver but...there are so many types
Bride-like: iridescent clear
Princess like: foil silver
Taffeta like: tricolor foil
G4 like: twisty texture silver
Something else: ???
I went looking around the web, of course, for photos but you can baaaarely even tell she was supposed to have tinsel in most of these. Was her original tinsel like really sparse or feeble or something?
I'm not big on nirvanas (and so own none to compare), but I am big on restoring (when asked to by owners) so any help is appreciated,
