Red Haired Tootsie Prototype!

Hey everyone.

A huge thanks to angelponies as she has sold me this gorgeous red haired tootsie prototype.

She was originally sold to angelponies through thesnapegirl who had Tootsie in her childhood collection. She lived in Rhode Island where
the Hasbro employee store was located back in the 80's. She purchased this red haired tootsie from that store back then with her father who had been given passes to shop
at the employee store by the company that he worked for.

She has some  stark contrasts to the normal tootsie.

1. First and foremost she has red hair. The hair is factory weaved
and the neck is still half factory sealed. I did peer inside to see original factory weave as I am sure angelponies can also verify this gals legitimacy.

2. Secondly, she has symbols that are in my opinion more detailed and precicely placed and ofcourse slightly different than the standard US release.
The lollipops have green flecks in them instead of white. These symbols are the main reason I think that this pony was a prototype rather than a factory error.

3. Her body is also a different color than the standard release. It is not nearly as GREENY and more of a dark golden brown hue.

I think she's lovely.  I nearly drooled when I first saw her a few months ago.  I really want to do a rehair on Tootsie so I can have one too.  It may not be official, but it'll be pretty all the same.

Yep she is 100% legit and such a beauty! Thanks for giving her a great new home sweetie, she defenitely fits right in!

I forgot to mention there  is actually a markered blue T marked on the bottom of one of her hooves. Not sure if it was the snapegirl that actually marked her pony or if it was maybe the factorys way of recording a "Test Prototype"

Ah, so cool! I very nearly went after her the first time, but couldn't afford her just then Love the red hair, and very interesting on the symbols!

I remember reading about her a few times now but I dont remember anyone mentioning the symbol difference - thats really interesting.

i don't remember the symbol difference either, it is so small a difference and her hair is so bright i can see it easily being over looked.

Yes. I noticed there was something off with
Her symbols and when I compared her to a normal
Tootsie it was obvious there was a difference.

Any thoughts on the T marked in blue marker
On her hoof?
