PC German G1 Bully Figure

I found this figure marked 'Bully' 'Hasbro' and 'Made in Germany'. The info so far I got is that she is "made by Bully manufacturing or something like that in West Germany" (comment from facebook)

I would like to get more info on her and a possible PC

Flash is picking up every mark but she looks much better IRL. She is pretty much just a bit dirty.

I would value them maybe around $7-10. They're not hugely uncommon, but they are pretty cute
