I got one grail in a pony buying spree the other year. Sunburst! But $50 or so was reasonable compared to others I know I'll never get. Like Peru windy, moonstone, glory. Also any Brazilian tafs.

It was tornado at first.  I didn't care whether he had pink hair or not. I actually think he looks better with white hair.  I changed my mind though.  I wanted Mimic and got her at the last MLP fair in mint condition for around $60 I think. I spun the wheel at this table where if you buy a pony with a rainbow sticker on the price tag you can spin and get so much percent off your next purchase. I think my total was around $80 but he bumped it down to $65 I think.  There were only two mimics at that table.  One was mint and one had I think a head that was more greenish than the rest of her body.

My new grail is to get a 3ft plush Frilly Frocks or whatever I can get.  I didn't get enough points to get her with the points program.  I had just enough points to get Love Wishes.  I had started collecting G3's when the points program was almost over.  My friend, Firefly was lucky enough to get Frilly Frocks when Hasbro made the mistake of having shipping for $2.50 instead of what it was supposed to be.

I know people offer to have a cheaper shipping price of Frilly Frocks if they have it unstuffed but I'm not good at sewing, in fact I don't really sew.  I think going through the process of trying to have it restuffed and having it just like it was before wouldn't be worth it.  I want to get one hopefully at the next RI fair if possible so I don't have to pay for shipping.

Oh... Shy pose, blue-haired French Cotton Candy by far. I think I'd pass right out if I ever got to hold her... SO lovely, SO MLP. I doubt I'll ever have her though as she's soo pricey.

My other was Argentina Ribbs who I had but then thought I had sold. I found her though! She ended up packed with my for-sale ponies and stored for two years, then recently (two years since moving back) I found an unpacked box that I thought was text-books and it was my for-sale ponies!!! She's been removed from the box and is back in my collection since I was so upset that I had 'sold' her that I'm keeping her for sure now... so glad I didn't manage to sell her four years ago but thought I had since I now know how much I like her and I as I likely couldn't have justified buying her again, while I can certainly justify keeping her

For non-nirvana, it would be Leaper, he always evaded me...

SS Twilight & Gypsy were my ultimate grails for a couple of years, but I finally got them both recently.
Now I'm after Gusty & Twist. Ahh, the thrill of the hunt.
