Fjord Horse custom pony

My Fjord horse is finally done! 

He started off as a very baity Sundance with a terrible haircut and marker tattoos.  He got an airbrushed FBR in a custom dun color, then several layers of dry brushed colors to try to mimic a Fjord's coloring.

Rehair was done in Black Magick (left over from years ago) and Flaxen Blonde from The Doll Planet.  I ended up spending waaaaay too much time on styling his hair, not only on trying to trim the mane straight but also trying to get his forelock to lie down properly.  Finally I just gave up!   :lol:

Oh my gosh, I absolutely adore how the mane turned out! The details on his legs are so gentle and definitely give a hint of fur-like texture! :lovey:

Best of luck with the sale, I'm sure he'll get scooped up quickly!

What a beaut!  I think he turned out great, the fur-like texture on the legs, and around the muzzle, looks really good.  Did you add an extra row of mane plugs to do the layered hair colors?
