I started liking vintage ponies when I was a teenager. I liked reading about G1 restoration. G3 was the generation I grew up with, But I like G1 better because they look more like real ponies! my mom grew up with them. I’ve always been a craft loving person and I draw, So this isn’t that unusual for me. The aesthetic of girls toys from the 80s is absolutely the cutest era of toys I have ever seen. It makes me happy when I see them.

I am worried that if people my age don’t get into G1 restorations and or collecting they will disappear forever and that would be awful. Im restoring my first 2 ponies at the moment- Minty and moondancer. first pony is for me and second is for my mom
