I'm the mom of a young collector. She has just acquired a whole bunch of G1 accessories and playsets. She also has a lot of G3 and G4 stuff. She has recently started collecting 'fakies' as well. We are joining mainly to learn more about selling some of our G1 stuff so that we can afford to complete the G1 sets she is most interested in. We've also been enjoying customizing and modding BAIT ponies, although our efforts are much more amateur than what I see on this site!

What a wonderful reason to join the Arena :) We have a lot of parents here who initially join because their children collect - so you are amongst similar peeps here :)

Hi and welcome to the Arena! That's so cool you and your daughter share the MLP hobby! My mom has gotten excited over the vintage Strawberry Shortcake dolls I recently introduced her to...hehe.  ^.^ Enjoy the forums!
