Is german Moonstone rare?

So ive just won a lot of ponies and ive noticed my moonstone has painted symbols rather than the glitter ones. When ive looked it up it appears to be the german version.

Is she rarer than the normal version?

She is harder to find compared to regular glitter Moonstone

She should be missing the Pat Pend from under hoof and be a slightly different colour compared to regular Moonstone.

Her value is $10-20 depending on her condition and number of brown spots, which she is sadly prone too getting.
