Just curious what everyone else orders at McDonald's? I do not eat there too often, but when I do, I love it haha! But I always order the same thing! Maybe reading something on here will inspire a new meal?!
I always order the 10 piece chicken nugget meal with fries and a Coke! McDonald's Coke is seriously the best!
Unless it's breakfast, then it's a little more complicated. I always order the bacon bagel but without egg and without breakfast sauce and add a sausage so its sausage, bacon and cheese.

Nothing! I hate fast food about the only one I'll have is a subway sandwich. :blush:

I have eaten there a few times in the past but not planning to go back any time soon. Eating has such an effect on my overall health I try to do it right these days.

I don't eat there often either but I do enjoy it when I do. I usually get either a cheeseburger, plain or the premium chicken sandwich, fries and a Coke. Yes, I agree that McD's Coke is the best! I love their fries too. Occasionally, I will have chicken nuggets. For breakfast I love the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with egg whites, a hash brown, and milk.

I love McDonald's For breakfast I get an Egg McMuffin and hash brown. For lunch either a 20 piece chicken Mcnuggets or a Bic Mac value meal. :)

I like either their fries or their biscuits. They're very good. I can't eat burgers or fried chicken so there's not much else there for me.

My most commonly ordered meals at McDonalds are either 10 McNuggets, fries and a coke, or a big mac, fries and a coke. I think their sausage egg McMuffin with a hashbrown and apple juice is a nice breakfast. The quarter pounder blt is good. And in the summer, their Chai Tea Frappe is a must. That thing is seriously addictive.

I only eat there once every few years so I'll go all out with a double cheeseburger sans onion, medium fries, and a chocolate shake. Then spend the rest of my day in a food coma.

I get biscuits and gravy, I don't really care for Mcdonald's gravy that much (it doesn't compare to hardees or dairy queen), but its better then practically everything else on their menu imo.

10 (sometimes 20, if I'm really hungry) piece McNuggets with fries and a sprite! I used to eat their burgers, but I haven't had one in so long I'm not sure if I can stomach them anymore. Oh and tons of Sweet & Sour sauce!!

I've never liked McDonalds, so usually that's a last resort type of place when I'm traveling and I see nothing else in sight.
However, I do like the biscuit on the breakfast menu! (No meat/egg-- just the biscuit). I'll also eat the hashbrowns, if we can't go anywhere else.
As a kid I used to ask to eat there for the happy meal toy. I haaated the food, but I really wanted the toy!

I like Mcflurries and maybe some soda. Everything else gives me a horrible stomachache!

It's pretty rare for me to go to McDonald's anymore. If I do, it would be for a couple of McChicken Biscuits if I'm out on the road or for a Happy Meal when they have the MLP toys.

I think I've only eaten there two or three times in the last 7 years because my husband is very anti-fast food, haha, but my go to is usually the two cheeseburgers from the dollar menu - yum! When my sister and I were growing up we used to go there all the time because it was cheap.

Sweet tea, otherwise...nothing! McDonald's is probably my least favorite fast food place, and I don't really eat fast food much anymore anyway.
I did like their breakfast at one time, though.

I always order (or actually my husband orders for me, ordering at McDonald's is panic attack fuel for me with all those complicated menus XD) a large McChicken menu; a McChicken, a large portion of fries and a large diet coke. With it I always need three cups of fries sauce (what is that stuff called in English? I'm referring to the yellow sauce with herbs?), and a portion of 6 chicken nuggets (or actually 3, because we spilt them) with sweet and sour sauce. Oh yeah, and a loose hamburger. :P My husband always takes the same as me, but instead of a McChicken he takes a Big Mac or Quarterpounder menu.
We usually don't get an ice cream, but when we do it's a caramel sundae. :icecream:
When you write it out like this it's kind of a feast. :lookround:

I eat there on occasion, an egg what you have.a ten peice with fries and a coke. My little sister thinks she's too old for ponies. So whoever mlp is the toy,I get her greasy donations

heh guilty pleasure of mine. I tend to get a Big Mac no bun, Med Coke or a McFrappe, and a med or large fries depending. Its one of the few fast food places that works with people who have a Gluten Allergy/Intolerance and the one near me doesn't use peanut oil on their fries so double bonus there XD

I'm trying not to get any fast food this year. Ten days in and so far so good.

I don't eat fast food (too easy to overdo it on the calories). BUT When I used to I'd get a double cheeseburger plain and a small fry.
Breakfast I'd get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and an OJ.
I usually get water but if not I'd probably get HI-C/Fanta, not soda. Coke good from McDonalds? Seems watered down or something to me.
Oh yeah, a few summers ago my sister and I when I was visiting her would always go and get m&m mcflurries with extra m&ms. We both gained weight that summer. She put on 10 lbs. lol

I rarely ever eat at McDonald's, as they have very little food I like. I prefer my own veggie burgers, salads and fries. I do like their MyFlurry, though, so once a year or so I'll get one.

One of my friends ordered this by name once to see if any of the employees knew about it (he now just orders both) and the manager of our local establishment came to his vehicle and had a talk about the name not being appropriate and how McDonalds is a family franchise.
I very much want to try one of these, but I feel too guilty to order a "secret" item and give them more work.

If I have to go I'll usually get a parfait, or if I haven't eaten yet a 4 piece chicken nugget with french fries and bbq sauce

A $1 spicy crispy chicken jr. It's about the only thing on the menu that isn't 90% grease and/or a staggering amount of calories, minus the salads that nobody ever orders.

I usually build my own with create your taste.. since they discontinued my favourite burger, the Mighty Angus. But for takeaway they always make it then wait on fries, and I don't want a cold, greasy burger, so I don't even order that anymore. Now I just get chips and gravy, and a large frozen coke. Sometimes we drop by McCafe for hot drinks and cake, but not all that often.

I'm not a fan of McDonalds but I did eat it a few times while in Japan and I loved the teriyaki burger with the fries that had chocolate you could put on them. (seriously that was so good - had a sweet and salty taste thing going on).
Probably whatever combo has the quarter pounder with a sweet tea or some other non carbonated beverage. Or a milkshake

By the way, what's also really good is the McKroket. If you're ever in The Netherlands, you should really try one. :D

Those two times a year? Literally a single cheeseburger. The big city is usually far away and even then, fast-food restaurants are crazy expensive and I don't bring enough money to afford getting food there enough for the whole day.

I only get a Mcchicken, and a packet of hot mustard to spread on it xD.
Probably my favorite "guilty snack" and really the only thing I can eat from there without needing to run to the bathroom 5 minutes later. :p

The fries are my favorite and typically the only thing I buy there.
If it's around breakfast time I enjoy the hashbrowns. :P

I stop by Mcdonald's every couple weeks. I usually get a double hamburger with a coke. Or their Buttermilk Crispy Chicken burger. I like that one since it tastes more like a Wendy's chicken burger to me. The bun they use on that one is way better.
Out here, we have Gilroy Garlic Fries(Garlic is what we're known for) on the menu, so I've now switched to always getting those instead of the regular fries now. I love it when they skimp or forget the parmesean because I hate it, but I still somehow like these fries even when parm disgraces it for me. :lol:

I am a fiend for mcdonald's breakfast sandwiches. I was quite happy when they made them available all day near me--I'm able to get my fix no matter how late I roll out of bed on weekends now. :P
Usually, for breakfast, I get a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with a hash brown and a medium mocha frappe. It's not exactly healthy, but i'll get it as a treat every once in a while.
As for lunch/dinner foods, I usually get a quarter pounder meal with a root beer. I actually don't like big macs, so it's a good substitute for me!

Around here they have a deal where you can go through a survey about your last visit and put the code onto your receipt to get two quarter pounders for the price of one. I usually do that and demand they be made fresh so the patties are still juicy and I get the $1 large drink and eat there so I can refill it over and over (that's permitted). It's all the soda I ever drink so I tank up and carry one more refill home with me.
In Pulp Fiction they have a scene where Samuel L Jackson and John Travolta talk about the Quarter Pounder in England, which is (according to Tarantino) called The Royale because of the metric system. One asked what they call the Whopper and the other says, I didn't go into Burger King.

If it's the same sauce we put on the Big Mac, it's called "Thousand Island Dressing".
I practically pick up a large drink at one every night as every route to work I can take has one on the way. And if a "Streetpass Weekend" is going on, I AM hitting everyone I can on the way to work, and everyone in town on my day off.
My menu item of choice is a "Bacon-Cheddar McChicken" (formerly a menu item)- A regular McChicken, add bacon and White cheddar cheese ($.50 for bacon, $.25 for cheese). I've started adding pickles because chicken sandwiches HAVE pickles, and going light on the mayo.
PRO-TIP: You can apparently switch cheeses on your burgers from American to white cheddar with no up-charge. HOWEVER: I only did that once so it may vary store-to-store.
As for breakfast, I don't really DO McD breakfast. They seriously made a BIG DEAL about having breakfast ALL DAY but I still can't get a cheeseburger at 6:30 in the morning?!

I am almost always very traditional when it comes to McDonalds. I order a double cheeseburger, 6 piece chicken McNugget, and a Coke. My dog usually manipulates a nugget from me.
Once in a great while I'll order their buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. That is also pretty good.

I don't eat there often, especially since I discovered Hardee's. When I do, I usually get a cheeseburger, a small order of fries and a small Dr. Pepper or Cherry Coke. I always need ketchup for the fries and the cheeseburger. If someone else get chicken nuggets, I might steal a few. And I love their apple pies. I could eat them everyday. I like Big Macs, but it is hard to keep the layers together and that bugs me. Of course if there is a great toy in the happy meal I get that :)

He says I'm the only one ever to like that 'crap', but I can't be the only one...

I prefer BK to McDs for burgers so usually if I get anything from McDs it's nuggets and fries since that's one thing that everyone seems to get right.

Ah ha! See? I'm not the only one! I have tried the Strawberry Fruitopia, but definitely prefer the Orange.
It's very reminiscent of my childhood that Orange Drink...they used to do McDonald Days once in a while at elementary school where we could order things off a sheet that we brought home on Monday, handed in and paid by Wednesday, and we would get the food catered to the school Friday...ahhh the 80's/early 90's...
My mom never me allowed to participate in the food ordering, but they always had large round thermoses of 'Orange Drink' in each classroom, that anyone could drink. Problem is they watered it down so much to make it go around enough that it was barely flavour :lol:
I am still very fond of of it to this day :lovey:

This thread is terrible :lol: I live literally right next to a McDonalds and have been there probably twice even though I've lived here a year and a half (and one of those times was just for coffee). Now every time I pass it I'm thinking about it cause of this. :P

It's interesting to read about what they have in other countries! And even other states. I always assume McDonald's has the same stuff everywhere, but boy was I wrong!

McDonald's is my traditional post horse show meal haha. I NEED to stop there after a day showing or grooming. It's become such a thing that it feels really wrong to me if I don't go on the way home from horse shows lol. My mom and I sometimes go together as a treat also. Whenever I go, I get a six piece McNugget, small fries, Doctor Pepper, and either a chocolate shake or an Oreo McFlurry. Or a Shamrock Shake if it's that time of year!! If I go for breakfast (which is usually only on road trips) I like pancakes.
When they have pony toys, I'll stop at the McDonald's at the train station like every day after class on my commute home and just buy the toy lol

McDonald's is a horrible, horrible thing. The food makes my stomach hurt, and it always tastes stale for some reason.... That being said, I occasionally feel nostalgia for the chicken mcnuggets I'd order on road trips as a child. Once or twice a year I'll get a happy meal, and then I regret all the life choices I've ever made that lead me to that mcpath.

I only go there to get Happy Meal toys for my child :P - and if they have different variations of toys (e.g. the recent Trolls) I will buy multiple Happy Meals to get each variation; here in the UK you can choose what you want in the meal - a bottle of water and substituting the fries etc for carrot sticks and a fruit bag lessens the guilt! :lol:

Like most things it depends what mood I'm in but more often than now a cheese burger will feature, often a double cheese burger! Sometimes chicken nuggets and nearly always a chocolate milkshake! <burp>
Obviously fries with whatever I have!

Years ago in the 90s I went on holiday to Tenerife (Spanish-speaking island near Africa) - they served lager (beer) with their burgers! :shocked: :shocked: :shocked: Now that would make some folks a "happy" meal! :biggrin:

Just like a lot of others, my tummy doesn't really care for McDonalds these days. But, occasionally I like to get an apple pie, the fried pie, not the baked one :yummy:
I also agree with their Coke being the best for some crazy reason!

EW! I hate eating out at fast-food joints and I never want to eat take-away again (after my family once ordered some KFC food and it was off and horrible). Also I prefer eating healthy foods.

I'll give you this much: I can't lift a large drink at most restaurants. I'm glad they are there for anyone who wants one, but a medium drink is totally fine with me. My wrist hurts just thinking about lifting one of the bigger drinks offered. :lmao:

I go to McDonalds way too often, I just love getting a single item when I'm terribly hungry after a long day or during shopping! Sometimes I get cheeky and buy myself a 20 chickennugget box...

I agree!! The McKroket is so tasty. They should do a McWorldTour or something, in which they get specialties from over the world and serve them everywhere for a month or so. :P

I stay away with a 50 foot pole. There isn't a whole lot I can have due to allergies.
On rare occaisions ill get a salad with no gluten products or onion. No dressing, obviously no crutons.
Otherwise, if im forced to poke my head in ill just get an iced tea.

I usually order a 10 of nugget and medium fries, occasionally I'd buy a shamrock shake around St. Patrick's day, and sometimes I'll buy a happy meal and give the toy to my cousins, unless it's a pony or a small sketch pad (We run out of drawing paper a lot) X3

No veggie burgers at our McDonalds :( (or if they did, they didn't take very well) Burger King has them, though, so if it's an option, I usually try to sway my husband to go that way instead. Taco Bell and Wendy's are also quite vegetarian friendly (as far as fast food goes, of course lol).

More regional stuff, yay! They're taking a new crab sandwich for a test run over here in about 4 locations. Tried it today...wasn't bad at all! Pricey for McDonald's at $8(no combo) though. But hey, even if it was frozen at some point, the crab is real and they didn't try to put some tiny amount or anything. Good stuff. I hope they keep it around. Won't order it often because of the price, but I will sometimes.

I went to the one location in Santa Clara that they're selling it. Line was super short, so that was nice. :lol: I forget where the other 3 SJ ones were. Hope you like it too if you get it! :)

They do, you just have to ask for "McChicken Sauce " :P
That does seem strange that mayo wouldn't be an option for you, I thought mayo with French fries was a popular Europoean item (as told to me by a teacher once, I've never been able to experience Europe myself -_- )

You can't get mayo here either (I think), just their special sauce. Which is remarkable because in The Netherlands it's pretty much standard to have mayo with your fries. :P
