Hello y'all,
So, my current favorite guy has introduced me to Netflix...Can you believe I actually don't have Netflix.. haha... well, he already has a list of shows he wants me to watch with him. We started Ozark this past weekend and other shows on the "You must watch this!" list include Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad.
Any other shows you recommend? Share your favorites and I may add them to the list! TIAEP!

Hey y'all! I thought I would make an official reintroduction after spending some time away.. been browsing the site for a few weeks and hanging out in the Wine Cellar..  I'm sure a few folks remember me..  I was on the site regularly for about two years and quit toy collecting cold turkey not too long ago. (Had MLP of course, and other 80s toys, including Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake, She Ra, Rainbow Brite, Sweet Secrets and Keypers). I sold / gave away nearly everything in my collections...and stopped visiting the Arena...I have decided to return to reconnect with all my pony friends and remember all the good times, and hopefully make new friendships and memories!  (I did keep a few toys but none are ponies and most only have sentimental value..) Say hello, and let's chat!

Hey y'all! So, I actually counted my ponies today... I never counted my collection since getting back into collecting again..  I've reached 100 and grand total is 103! I can't believe it! haha! Never would I imagined having this many. Was always the kind to say, "Oh I'm only going to stay at around 50."  My purchased pony count has surpassed my childhood collection by a landslide! Hey y'all! I'm finally able to break away for a bit to post my Summer 2016 Brag!  This past summer had a lot of interesting twists and turns - some great (getting into the dating scene again/new suitor, vacation, pay raise at work) and not so great (car accident on my birthday, ugh; sickness, eventual break from said suitor, sigh..) but ponies make the bad stuff good and the good stuff all the more better!! Here are my 2016 summer time swap gifts, trades and purchases! I shared on Facebook already, but like I said, never got around to sharing on the Arena, until now. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginLots of cuteness here with the babies! I love the adorable Magic Star plushie Maddie made for me.  Thank you, thank you!! I haven't even attempted to do spa treatments on these darlings...but will soon once I get some time to do so! Baby white valentine pony and the custom pin cushion pony were given away as birthday presents. And Goldie was kidnapped from me, so I'm on the hunt for another..  Wind Whistler is so fluffy in person, and I can't turn away the party girls since I recently acquired all the party pack accessories; Party Time is soo pretty! Well I finally got a Bright Eyes.. She's so gorgeous in person! I knew she existed but never really paid that much attention to her ( kid me was more into Masquerade, Locket and a certain earth pony with gumdrops on her..  ) But, I just enjoy the TE set so much; I've been on a hunt for a reasonably priced yet non baity girl. I'd figured I never get her because the ones I came across were pricey.. This one is so lovely... and those eyes!  Can't wait to get to her spa treatment and show additional photos! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnd now I'm a few more ponies closer to completing the TEs, yay!

Anypony remember the King's Quest computer games from Sierra back in the '90s?! Share your favorite memories! Who's your favorite character, which game is your favorite? Any crazy / funny stories about playing? I loved that series and still do! My pony friend buttonso made a KQ 5 reference on her FB page recently, and it took me down memory lane! I had a wonderful time playing that series. My favorite games are KQ4, 5 and 6. I always liked the twins, Alexander and Rosella. Actually, I had a HUGE crush on Prince Alexander back in the day. I also loved King Graham's arms.. I mean, WOW.. he was in amazing shape.. Maybe that's where my thing with men's biceps comes from.. hmm.. mmhhh. That must've been a damn good healing fruit! LOL I still have the original KQ 6 and 7 CD ROMS. (Girl in the Tower is a song if you put the KQ6 CD in a player on #2! ) I remember having my dad help me play the disk version of KQ5 because I was sooo scared to play it on my own! A friend at church would call me to get tips from me when he and his bro were playing the talkie version of the game. I remember they were so annoyed with Cedric.! Even as I got older, some parts of that game me freaked me out.. The old forest especially! My best memories come from playing the talking KQ5 though... ahh.. the voices, wow! The music.. Especially 'ant song' ... "Ahh life giving water!" "OOOohhhh watch out Graham, a poisonous snake!" Hey, I never had a problem with Cedric!! I thought he was cute! I eventually picked up the first King's Quest Collection box, which had all six classic games in it, plus both versions of KQ1 - they eventually made a second box that included KQ7. (I let my ex borrow it, and he never gave it back.. I think he sold it..He claims his mom donated it..lol..  ) I eventually got enough courage to play KQ4 by myself at night. I loved the music in that one!! My dad made a 'gaming computer' out of old parts just for my bro and me, and he put all of our favorite games on it. At one point, we had and played all eight games in the series..but I never got to beat KQ 2, 3 or 8 through but of course I've seen the endings. Eight in my opinion, sucked! And I kinda wished they made KQ7 like its predecessors. Wasn't a fan of the cartoony graphics. During middle school, a teacher had KQ6 on one of her classroom computers. One of my classmates learned to love the game, and she'd ask me to be her 'guide' to play it through its entirety. Don't ask me how I did that! At home, I did have the hint books plus the KQ guides..they were so much fun to read! I haven't played any games in forever, but I'll occasionally watch the Playthroughs of them on Youtube. My birthday was back on July 25; yay for pony presents! visitors can't see pics , please register or login[ A non pony side note: the Ty beanie baby and glass rose were gifts from my mom. ] Princess Misty and Seashell were gifts to myself, while Baby Bouncy was a swap pony. I just had to get Princess Misty after discovering her during this year's Girly Swap! My partner had her on her wish list.. and I'm like, omg, I have to get one after this swap is over! She's a purple unicorn, of course she's lovely! Seashell was a FB purchase who arrived on my birthday.. I always wanted Seashell - the sitting pose is so awesome and cute to see in person. Now I'm so tempted to get Bubbles as well! Baby Bouncy wasn't actually on my wish list, but she's so darling! I love her colors!

Hay ponies! Got a question for y'all.. Are the big brother hats all the same size to where they fit comfortably over the ears? Or are they supposed to be a little snug? I think the Tex hat I got is on the small side..it hardly fits on my Tex's head and already made an indentation on an ear after pulling the hat off  I remember my childhood Chief's hat being relatively easy to put on and take off so I'm wondering if they just made hats different sizes, or this just is how the cowboy hat is made or I got a messed up one, or what.. Do I have to get a new hat for my Tex? I don't have any other Big Brothers or their hats to compare to... Any info is appreciated!

Yesterday afternoon, I received a 'better late than never' surprise / part RAOPK from Tak! It's High Flyer!! When I opened her up, I had happy tears in my eyes. Tak bought her for me and meant for her to go in my Swap box. She was the last childhood pony I needed to replace in my herd. Hay y'all! Here are some ponies I acquired either through splurging or swap shopping! First, who doesn't like babies?! Announcing.... Nibbles and Dibbles! I got a great deal on them together; I just couldn't pass them up! Oh and look, my Nibbles actually has a nibble on her! Curly Locks is the one BnG pony who stayed with me while her sisters are on their way to see my restorer friend! She clearly was the best looking out of the group.
