How do you feel about blush on ponies?

I like freckles and blush too. I think its endearing because it reminds me of a gentler time when I was a little girl.

I think it's cute and would probably have worked just as well on G3s.

As a little kid, I wasn't a fan of the blush. I didn't like anything that anthropomorphized my ponies too much, so I thought it looked kind of silly. It clearly wasn't enough to turn me off of ponies, but I'm still glad that I didn't know enough to try to remove it with acetone back then. Now, I think their rosy cheeks are a sweet touch that adds to G1's softer charm. Freckles are even better though!

I think it's super cute! ^_^ Maybe my aesthetic was tainted by MLP and Barbies from my childhood (who also often had blush, but they don't anymore!!?), but I like the look of blush on ponies! For this reason, I also like the custom ponies some folks make where they give them full-body blushes, like in the style of BJDs.

Yesss blush! I love the blush, but I love blazes more. I wish more ponies had, had blazes, Snuzzle would have been adorable with a blaze.

I think it clashes with some colours, especially the brighter ones. I always remember thinking the blush actually looked very out of place on my rockin' beat girls as a kid. Especially tuneful because of her darker blue.

I actually think g2's would have looked very sweet with a blush, because they have those "smile" shaped eyes, I can imagine them being all blushy, giggly, giddy little things.

I love blush on ponies! It gives it a nice touch, i even add it on other ponies like g4 mlps or g3.5! I also like freckles they look cute too! I don't know why they removed it on the later generations!

The only time I give blush much thought is when I'm trying to clean it without rubbing it off.  . I do think it adds a pretty touch though.

I've never really thought about it before. It's just... there.  Agree that it's a pretty detail, though.  And add me to the list of people who love freckles: I think freckled ponies are adorable <3
