Yeah but Mattel did not take MGA to court because they had a vaguely similar toy. Mattel had accused MGA of hiring a designer who was accused of designing the Bratz on Mattel's company time.
I am not some kind of blind follower of one company or another.

And I do know the reasons given for taking MGA to court, I was just pointing out that they had already done it.

I have a feeling my idea of "vaguely similar" is not the same as your's. These are what I'd consider "vaguely similar". The only thing they have in common with Monster High is that they are "dark fashion dolls"
Is there more info on this line or is it too early to know? I wonder if this will it be a continuation of the Bratz line or if they just use Brat as a play on word for the title.
