I've been trying to get a pic thread up of my new Livs since the 14th, but things (most uncooperative models and being taken to locations I want to shoot at being delayed constantly) kept getting in the way. I got sick of this, and decided to at least post Jude and Lucy, since I've been trying to get doll forms of them since June of 2008. If anyone wishes to read their story, its on my dA (most people seem to really enjoy it, so I bet you would too!). I don't think I can link it because there's a bit of implied nudity and implied adult things at the end.

My original attempt to purchase Liv forms for them went horribly wrong, and was absolutely crushing. The super kind kaoskat actually had the exact dolls I was after, and sent them to me without asking for anything in return. Their clothes aren't 100% accurate, and I can't yet afford the dresses from my story I want for them, but I'm still beyond thrilled. I also suggest listening to Hey Jude while you look at the photos.

*Looks at other thread* Wow O_O that's pretty crazy that that had to happen to you! I don't think I was around when that was happening. It's great that you were able to get replacements from Kaos. That's what I love about the Arena.

Luvly - I was actually very pleasantly surprised at how well the song fit with the photos. I wasn't even trying. xD They're all mostly practice photos, as I'm not used to couples and not completely used to Livs yet. But I'm very happy with how they've turned out so far. Hopefully my boyfriend and I can get to the river and the Japanese garden tomorrow so I can take more before my Photoshop trial runs out.

And yeah, I'm honestly still afraid to buy new Livs because of it. Luckily I only have three more on my wishlist and have a limit of six more. I really don't want to get over 20, haha. But yes, the kindness of people here is amazing. Heck, when I first joined someone sent me a huge box of ponies for no reason.
