I have owned at least 175 G1s in my lifetime (not all at once), including doubles.  Probably a lot more than that, but I've been recollecting since 1998 so I can't remember all the duplicates.

My permanent collection is only fifteen G1 ponies.  I like to keep it small!  Any pony I want beyond that I eventually sell.

I have 301 ponies + 2 on the way from all generations except G3.5 (blind bags, plushies and such not included).
I keep track of all my ponies very carefully, because I've already tried one too many times that I've tried hard to get my hands on a certain pony, only to find that I already have it. I also like to make sure that I remember which ponies I got from which awesome person ^^
This thread actually started to make me feel all greedy for ponies again. Must. Re-SIST!
