This ended badly and I learned my lesson. I lost my money and got nothing. The seller was very hostile and refused to help me and of course Ebay sided with the seller because I was stupid and paid via bank transfer. The seller is sandrde_wzu147c3. Today ended one auction with a high € ending, hope the seller sends the goods this time to the poor soul who won. I can't fathom why does Ebay allow these sellers who only offer bank transfer or pick up as option, I think PayPal should always be an option!

That poor soul is me and no, I have not received my ponies. I have bought from the same seller before and everything was ok back then but this time was different. I have reported to the police but I don't know are they going to do anything about it. This sucks.

We were talking about G1 Rapunzel on one facebook group and we wondered how rare it actually is. Does anyone over here have real facts about this, please? How many were made for example? How many of you own one?

According to our Facebook group's knowledge we don't have an original Rapunzel in our country but naturally there might be someone who has no connection to other collectors. For example I was like that in only a couple of months ago! Only recently I have found other collectors in my own country through Facebook.

p.s. If someone is planning to sell an original G1 Rapunzel in excellent to near mint condition please let me know! I would like to buy

I've been away for so long that I feel like it's ok to introduce myself again

A lot has happened since those days. My son was born in 2016 and at that point I didn't have the time or money to collect anymore. My last ebay purchases ended up into my storage and they stayed there ever since. There are so many ponies waiting for cleaning and selling! Most of them are G3s.

Now this sudden global situation (corona pandemic) has changed things because now I have a lot of spare time. So now I have continued with my collecting and in a few days I will continue selling, as well. And I need to re-organize my showcase! I need to find a place for so many ponies

I don't know how long this situation will last, because I believe things are getting towards more normal over here in Finland. The epidemic is not so bad over here anymore. I need to enjoy this spare time as long as I have it!

The main reason I came back here is to find some information. I'm planning to try rerooting MLPs for the first time in my life. I guess this MLP Arena would be the perfect place to find information and tips on how to do it.

And of course I'm interested to see what kind of ponies are for sale here on MLP Arena! I'm still looking for several ponies and I have even played with the idea of trying to buy a real G1 Rapunzel someday!

I finally found my way over here

I live in Finland. I know there are a lot of MLP collectors in my country but I don't know anyone personally. As a collector I'm a newbie but I had G1 ponies when I was a child. And I still have them! They were the best things I knew to play with when I was about ten-year-old girl.

Nowadays I'm hooked on G3 ponies. I don't know how it happened but it just did. My first G3 was Bowtie and I got it as a present from my husband. He just wanted to cheer me up on a cloudy day or something like that. After that I got a few more during the next years. I wanted to know what kind of ponies exist so I searched Internet for pictures on G3 ponies. I saw many beautiful figures but unfortunately they were all sold out. I thought that was the end of my G3 collecting and I would not be able to get Desert Rose, for example. That pony is one of my favourites.

Years after that I was googling Desert Rose again, just for fun. This time I realised a new possibility: Finnish auction site called Huuto.net. I had known about private auctions on Internet but I didn't know there are MLPs for sale! I started to bid on nice ponies and I won some. And then I wanted more and more and more...

Now I have bought approximately 150 ponies during the last few months. I buy from Ebay and Huuto.net and I began to sell on Huuto.net, as well. I'm not selling on Ebay, but I'm considering that option, too. And that is one of the reasons I came to this forum: I'm interested in buying and selling MLPs. I clean the ponies I get and make them look as good as possible without damaging the pony. Then I add it to my collection or try to sell it.

I don't feel like I should own all different MLPs and that's a good thing because then I'm able to sell! I usually try to get the shipping costs as low as possible for one pony and that's why I usually buy several items from the same seller. MLP lots are good for that same reason.

I'm focusing on G3 ponies but there are some G1 ponies I'd like to get someday. Maybe this forum helps with finding the ponies I'm looking for
