"The Lady Gray" Fashion-Style 'Horns and Skulls' swap for BD

I thoroughly enjoyed working on this girl. She was a perfect way to enjoy the Halloween season! Now she is home and I'm uber proud to share!

  She was the 1st FS G3 that I've done. She was painted with acrylics, shaded with a mixture of water-colour pencils and acrylics and was signed and sealed. Her hair is a blend of two different pink colours from dollyhair. Styling alone took me approximately 3.5 hours and I am thrilled with how it came out.

  I called her Skelly for my own records, but left her "unnamed" on her certificate of authenticity so that BarbedDragon could name her herself. She chose the name "The Lady Gray" So elegant!

I have a soft spot for skeleton ponies and the fact she is Styling sized makes her that much more awesome. I love the look of the yellowed bones against the black FBR! The pink moth is a lovely detail. BD is one lucky pony!

  Thank all very kindly for all the sweet comments! It's very appreciated; I was very happy with how she came out! I should have mentioned that the moth on her head is a "Deathshead Hawkmoth" I had never heard of such a thing and I'm not sure how I stumbled upon them!

  You know, I looked at her on my phone and she does look black on that screen, but actually she's a medium grey; BD mentioned liking Snuzzles colour combo of pink and grey and I liked the idea of a 'softer-looking' Skelly, so I went with it. I wonder if BD even made the connection, heh heh..
