Can somepony recomend a good Taobao agent?

Honestly, I regard the entire process, including the good possibility that you won't get what you wanted in time, as the price of doing business with Taobao.  The language hurtle is difficult enough, but I think the cultural difference is what causes the most problems. The way that Westerners go about making a purchase and the expectations we have are very very different than what someone living in China would expect.   It's more than just language...

I try to be as courteous as possible since I know they often think we are just so incredibly rude...

I used to use one called something like English Taobao but they changed their systems and were not taking new business for a while. They look to be back up and running so I intend to try them again as they were very fast to order the ponies in the past. I used Taobaonow in the meantime and while their customer service is excellent I find them a bit slow to order the ponies and I have often missed out on them because of this.

What I cannot recommend is Buyfromtaobao!
I just ordered something from them, paid, then Paypal froze their paypal account so I was not able to pay for the shipping?
Now they tell me they don't accept paypal anymore *wtf???*
Anyway I hope I'll get my money back and they can keep the ponies.
I think I'll never try to order something from any taobao agent.
The last one (seektaobao ~ also not recommended) sent not all items I paid for and they never refund me the difference.
I'm mad about these agent ... sometimes I think they just want the money and don't care about their customers.

Could you mean Yoybuy, Sarah-Bee? I was considering buying from them, but something stopped me. Ahh, I think it might have been that they want you to import money to your Yoybuy account to pay them... It made me uncomfortable.

No I've never actually heard of them before. I can't remember the name of the agent before they changed their systems and moved offices, it was something like English Taobao. They were VERY good. I can find engtaobao.com now which seems similar to how English Taobao used to operate so I suspect them to be the same and will be trying them for my next order
