A buyer opened an unreceived item case on ebay. When I attempt to refund through the resolution centre it says:
"There was a problem sending your refund to the buyer. To try again or to see what's wrong, go to PayPal."
When I log into PayPal, the funds for the transaction are on hold saying:
"Your buyer has opened a dispute on this transaction. Sign in to your eBay account for more information on how to resolve it." with no option to refund.
I'm going round in circles. And if I wait for eBay to step in and refund the buyer, it will count against me as a seller.
Any idea how to refund the buyer? I'm not located in the US, and not in a position to be making lengthy international phone calls to eBay.

Last night a buyer messaged me about one of my ebay auctions and asked if I could invoice her directly as she was having payment troubles. I didn't respond as I was asleep at the time, and an hour later she took the buy now on the auction. I saw the sale and the message when I woke this morning, and assuming that her payment troubles were resolved, I packaged the item ready to send.
The item has NOT been posted. Later this morning, I received a message from another eBay account, claiming to be from the buyer's mother, saying that the buyer used her credit card for the purchase without permission, and could I cancel the transaction.
Obviously, I don't want to get into a credit card dispute here. But the message came from an unverified third party, so I'm not sure if I should act on it. I have messaged the buyer asking for an explanation, but so far no response has been received.
How do I cancel this sale without paying ebay fees?

I have a couple of sodas for the Soda Sippin' ponies, where some or all of the beads no longer come up the straw. I wondered if anyone knew of a fix for this. I thought about putting a thin wire down the hole in the straw and jiggling it around, but I don't have a thin enough wire. Has anyone discovered a fix for the stuck beads?

Very reluctant sale but I have some other priorities in my life right now. I will be selling off most of my collection in the coming months.
I assume this pony needs no introduction. The plastic box has yellowed slightly and there is a crease to the back. Otherwise excellent condition.
Please send offers by private message. I have a reserve in mind and will not sell if not reached. Reserve will not be disclosed. Will not disclose current offer unless nearing reserve.
Happy to work out a payment plan if necessary.

I need some help setting up a multi-listing. I have Googled and searched eBay help and can't for the life of me figure out how to do it.
I want to list a set of similar items, e.g. dolly mix ponies, in a single listing and allow the buyer to select which one they want from a drop-down menu.
Is someone able to help me out by giving me instructions or linking me to a (current) guide?

I have a Baby Sea Princess who has an odd flaw. See the photos below of her tail - the pearly sheen does not cover her tail fins. I bought her from someone who was selling off her childhood ponies. She's otherwise mint, except for a dot of what looks like factory paint on her cheek. I sold a pony on eBay and the buyer has sent me an address entirely in Russian. My local postal service requires all addresses to be printed in English. I have asked the buyer if he can provide an English translation but I haven't heard back and I don't want to delay sending much longer. I am reluctant to use Google Translate for this purpose due to concerns over formatting and accuracy. Would anyone be kind enough to assist me with a translation?

I received a pony in the post that I bought off eBay. I'm very happy with her and I've left feedback. The seller asked me if I could mark the item as received as that would help her access her funds more quickly. Having experienced the frustration of delayed funds myself, I'd love to help the seller out, but I can't figure out how to do it. Can you tell me if it's possible to mark an item as received?

Daddy Meadowsweet is flawless, I can't find anything wrong with him. Mummy Sunbright is excellent, just a tiny dot on her shoulder and some faint green marks under her hooves. Her hair is the brightest I've seen. She has some tiny green specks on her NDS face. These can barely be seen even close up and I couldn't get them to show up in the photo. Yep, it's finally MY turn to have amazing pony luck. Some real gems in here for a bargain basement price. Some upgrades, some major grails (like Moon Jumper) and some doubles to sell on.
