Yay!  After waiting more than three years, duolingo finally has the Czech lesson ready to go.  Thank goodness it is just like Polish so I am acing it right and left.

I have been trying to watch what I eat closer and make healthier choices. I’ve on a 16 Streak on my French lessons on Duolingo and am  learning a lot from my Heathly Pony buddy.  I think I am finally getting adjusted to my new meds.

I batch cooked the rest of my meals for the week, did a short morning stretch where my back performed the way nature intended, and I'm 10 ounces away from meeting my hydration goal!

I can still feel some tension in my back, especially when I've been sitting in a poor position for a few hours, but it's night and day compared to 4 weeks ago. I'm so excited to get back to my original goals, here's to not going overboard and suffering a relapse!

I fell off the wagon on my dieting, my husband's eating habits are not helping.  Dieting & eating healthy requires lots of food prep which I've failed at this wk.  Let's do better in the month of September... cheers to everyone

I'm up to 25% on bazaar prep overall. 46% on products and 3% on admin stuff (finally got my first batch of photo prints ordered, 99, that'll be the bulk of them but I'll have some more closer to the event).

I met a local pony friend at an Italian buffet for brunch. I had a lot of fun, she and her husband are amazing people, the food was really good... I ate too much. And tomorrow's dinner will be BBQ at my brother's house, so there will probably be chips and some form of dessert. My body feels tired just thinking about it.

Been super sick and haven't done much. I didn't even get my fair food!!! (Elephant ear ) with cinnamon sugar)... So sad.

I bet this means I need to diet now... But really gotta get the hoop out and go for walks!! And stretches w my baby girl

I’m on a 20 day Duolingo streak.   I think I’ve done pretty good food wise since today is a holiday. I had poached eggs this morning and movie theater popcorn with no liquid butter for lunch. I’m trying to find some zero calorie drinks to replace the higher calorie/sugary ones and trying to cut back on how large my good portions are, but now I find I’m constantly hungry even if I’ve just eaten.

Ponyfan:  have u tried "Ice"?  They are flavored carbonated water and 0 calories.  Readily available (cheap(er) than other brands) at target, wallymart, sams club/costco, local grocery store

EURGH I have to get over my aversion of social media.  Basically I don't want anyone from my previous jobs or friendships or life previous to Canada finding me and going all nuclear on my comments, tagging me, stalking me, or whatever other negative things can come of it.  Those are burned bridges, man, burned!  My life is NONE of their business! 

Of course I don't think anyone from before Canada knows my married name and I use a different email address than I used to back then.  But the fear and anxiety... it's real.  *sigh*

I'm a designer, so it's only natural I'm supposed to have an online portfolio. School told me I had to have one -- or else I fail. So I did, and what happened? My awful ex (abuser/stalker) found it *sigh*

My suggestion to you, make a new email for social things... You can direct any mail from awful people straight to the trash. and use social media accounts that are controllable where no comments can be made, or you can delete them as needed.

My advice for not being found is to use a name that is unrelated to your birth name at all, although that's not very helpful if you're trying to establish a brand attached to your name.

UGH.  Parents, please tell me kids start sleeping sometime before the teen years.  Too tired to accomplish much towards my goals but I did get a shower today so... YAH?!
