avengers assemble seen it ? spoilers !?

I saw it last night and it was AWSOME! Every bit as good as I hoped if not better. I laughed so hard for some scenes.

I was however really annoyed when people walked up and left during the end credits. Hasn't people learnt that as long as the lights are out, there are bound to be something more inte the movie? Never walk out until they light the room or you'll miss out on something! And sit down for heavens sake! There are people behind you who want to see that last scene as well!

I've seen it twice in the last two days xD  BFF wanted to see it, and my hubby was at work, so i went sunday night, then hubby wanted to go yesterday.  both my little brothers want to go too, so will likely see it either this week or next.  xD 




SUCH A GOOD MOVIE!  It was both action filled and hilarious all at once.  perfect combo.

I honestly can't pick a best part, but it did bother me that black widow and the agent woman whose name I can't remember were wearing heels the whole time. Why would you make heels part of a uniform?

I went to the Marvel marathon (started at 11am and showed all their movies- Iron Man, Hulk, etc, then the Avengers at midnight) and it really annoyed me then. It's like, seriously? We just sat through 15+ hours of movies, in which YOU SAW that each movie had a teaser at the end and now you're going to get up and walk past me to leave right as the credits start to roll? Can you not make the connection of 'all those other Marvel movies had something at the end, and this Marvel movie probably does too'? Ugh.
But if I see a movie after the midnight release, I just figure that those people came back to watch it a second time and already know what happens.


Also, in one of the interviews before the release, they were asked something like what they did once all the filming was over and Chris Hemsworth answered "Had some Shawarma"- which now makes perfect sense

Agent Hill. And to be fair, they aren't really heels, as it's all connected so it's more stable than say, stilettos. But I agree, especially with all the running and whatnot that they have to do.

Saw it last night and found it a really enjoyable film.
I admit I was conflicted over Loki, because it was a case of 'you are evil, I'm not meant to like you' and also 'Oh but you're actually really cute' curse you Tom Hiddleston. I loved how all of the characters bounced off each other and how they sort of hit on the whole 'does the world need heroes' conflict as well as showing how the members of the team were human.

I admit though in the scene where Loki was being chucked around by Hulk I felt quite guilty. I laughed and then as soon as I saw Loki when he was pounded into the floor I was a bit like D:Oh No. And also the scene with Iron Man and the portal really had my heart in my throat

I quite liked Black Widow. She was handled quite well I thought as she's the sort of character that so easily can be messed up. I wasn't keen on her in Iron Man as she was a bit 'pasted in' to me at the time. I also liked how it showed everyone actually looking like they had in fact been fighting, especially with the female characters as I've seen so much stuff where female characters have supposedly been fighting/caught up in something and look spotless.

went again last week but it was 3d and d- box (the chairs move and vibrate along with the film   )
so all massaged when i came out also just as funny 2nd time round    xaflamex

Tom Hiddleston is a great actor... In different interviews, he talked about how Mark Ruffalo would bring his son on set and Tom would ask him questions and play around with him, and how Mark would end up coming out on days he wasn't working just because his son wanted to watch the Loki scenes so badly.


I'm really excited to see what will happen with him in Thor 2

And it looks like I might be wrong about Avengers 2... I kept hoping that because it was through Marvel, they wouldn't let Joss Whedon actually kill off popular characters, but then Joss said this..
