I had some retail therapy and bought some cool stuff. I got a new sound system for my computer, nothing major, it's a Logitech sound system. It has surround sound and a subwoofer. What a big difference! I had two little speakers before and the wire was bad so sometimes one would go out or they would crackle and I'd have to fiddle with the wire. I'm just a little nervous to try it with the sound turned up high because I don't want the subwoofer to disturb my downstairs neighbor. I'll have to wait until she's out of the house to turn it up to 11

More PC goodies!

New blue switch keyboard. It's so loud and clicky! Plus a new gaming mouse. The wheel stopped working in my other one and I decided to upgrade.

It's Red Dragon. It had good reviews I like it so far. Only thing is I keep accidentally hitting the button that controls the RGB pattern. I don't play multiplayer combat games or anything like that, so I don't need much. It's probably actually overkill for me but I like it.

After not getting Disney + emails for over a month, I got one yesterday.    It was just a "Wondering what to stream next" email but at least it was something.

BC Cool! I like the logo. Not availabe in Sweden apparently, I guess thats why I don't recognise it. Has it been good so far?

It has! I've stopped accidentally hitting the RGB button by now I wish it was a little heavier, but other than that it fits my hand well and glides across the new mousepad. Scroll wheel is a tad loose, but I might be able to fix that in the software. The new keyboard is amazing. So clicky! I've upgraded everything but my headphones. They're a cheap brand and the leatherette covering the cushions is peeling off.


What made me smile was long cuddle sessions with Aster last night and this morning

my dogs are all sleeping on the bed while i'm working on the computer. i need to stand up though and i don't want to disturb them because they're so cute

This was yesterday, but I am happy today as well. The job tutour had a surprise follow up with me today, to make sure I knew my work saftey wise. I passed with flying colours and he prasied me to the skies. I did not know what to do with myself with all those positive compliments and comments. It felt good, though, knowing I do a good job  .

I finally remembered to send an email I keep forgetting to send.

Kind people. Kind people everywhere. One bought me a slate coaster I had my eye on as I'm broke right now. Another bought me a hotplate as my cooker died & I'll test it tonight making fried rice. My support worker also came & she's getting me a couple of help things. AND I'm booked in the Boxing day meal again, with transport yaiy!!!
So now I'm working on a Christmas prezzie for one person, then I'll work on another later...

Just the snow. I was out walking to the supermarket and just enjoyed the snow on the trees and on the ground and everywhere. It's so beautiful.

I opened the tea calendar and today I got a pouch of Gyllende Drömmar (golden dreams). It's one of my absolute favorite green teas with lemon and ginger. It was just perfect after this disastrous morning. It made me really happy.
