FINALLY an email from my university graduation office saying that the cancelled graduation ceremony from 2020 is hopefully going to be rescheduled for December 2022! With official dates to come. I may yet get to graduate my PhD with a proper ceremony! Hopefully things will be safer by then!

Thanks :)
I officially have the degree certificate, so it is all formalised and has been since 2020. I just want a proper ceremony, because, you know, it's an achievement and I want to be able to share that with family.

I got my friend’s Valentine’s Day card ready and I like it a lot myself. ( It’s of course pony-themed, as my friend is also a collector. )  :)

My second joy is that there will be more snow coming out this weekend!  :snow:

The tree surgeons the neighbours hired to take care of the truly beautiful trees that live just in front of their house seem to have taken good care of them.

Around here it's not uncommon to interpret 'tree surgeon' as woodcutter' as a lot of them just hack away at them and leave a mess. These trees are so pretty in autumn, so we were a bit worried. But...fingers crossed...it's not been that bad.

It turns out that despite my worries I actually did get the pendrive I mentioned here, they sent me a text message that it is waiting at the mall's desk and I just picked it up today when I was shopping, so it was a good day :good:

A few things :)

My dad deposited some more money into my account again all on his own which is really helpful right now.

My 19 year old cat only weighs 4lbs, she's skin and bones, so I ordered a high calorie supplement to give her every day. It's a thick gel and you need to use a tea spoon amount, which is a lot. I mixed it in some treat soup but it wouldn't mix very well. She ate it all! I was worried the flavor or texture would bother her.

I've found a coffee I really love, Juan Valdez Columbian. It froths! Also, it's a sustainable fair trade coffee, which is a great plus.

Oh, how little she is!  :wow:  Has she always been a small cat?? Great that the gel tastes good to her!

Again, I managed to clear the roof of the sauna from the snow. In some places there was more than 20cm of snow. Fortunately, it had not yet collapsed.  :)

Yes, she's always been small. I think the most she ever weighed was 8lbs. She was 6lbs most of her life.

Believe it or not but my heart cat who passed away was even smaller. She weighed the same, 4lbs, but her frame was small. My living cat is an orange tabby and has a bigger body overall, plus her fur is medium so she's fluffier. They spent most of their lives together.

Oh, she was definitely a cute mini-cat too!  :lovey:

Today I saw my brother's children for a long time. It was fun. On Sunday I will go to my brother and see them there again.  :)
