I liked the cartoons- once I got used to the odd looking ponies that look nothing like MLP IMO. The storyline was cute.
The toys felt cold and not fun. They had no personality to them, I can see why kids aren't grabbing them off the shelves. I've found so many of them in thrift stores too, many still in packaging.

I feel like maybe if they made the mane 5 look more like g4's, more like horses like g1/3's, they'd have better luck? And a bigger variety of characters other than the same 6-7 over and over.

it makes me sick how greedy people can be. Auction is auction, you get what you get unless you put reserve or start at your lowest accepted offer. You can't cancel and relist because you aren't happy with the price.
Many times I've let items go and I wasn't too thrilled with the price, but I think, if the other person is happy to have it in their collection and is not a reseller, then that's all that matters.

those are some goals. And yes, make your apartment your home! You deserve to live comfortably.

My goal is to get healthier as well. I've been going to the gym for a few months, but been slacking thanks to the holidays. I want to get recommited and refocused on it and get healthier and lose weight.
I also want to try to get out more. I realized I spent most of my 2023 indoors when I normally go out with my camera and visit different parks and such. I didn't do that this year.

Eh, let those people criticize. They're just jealous at the amazing collections we have and they have nothing. If collecting, whether it's ponies or cars or whatever makes you happy, then continue it! You aren't spending their money but your own. You aren't hurting them, they're only hurting their own pride.

For a while my family would roll their eyes whenever they see my collection, but eventually they warmed up to it seeing it's doing no harm but make me happy; especially when I customise. My coworkers know too and they love it (or silently judge, who knows)

I just wish this forum was more updated. Its hard to navigate, not easy to post photos and I always get confused to how to get to the PM's. Maybe a refresh might get more people interested again?

But yea, everyone is on social media. There's nothing like a good forum to slow down and browse through at your own leisure too. I prefer forums over social media.
