Dont be afraid to ask for feedback from potential buyers and do a quick search on the user name to make sure nothing comes up.

There are a ton of reputable buyers out there but a few bad apples are out there too. Checking feedback can help you avoid issues.

And dont be afraid to follow your instinct. If a buyer seems to good to be true, it's likely that it will not go well.

If you are unsure, ask :) there are plenty here that can help give advice so you dont get yourself in a bad situation.

She needs to file a report with the sellers local police as well. I dont think it will help get her money back, but it will at least flag the seller.

I would be nervous too...

I think Brooke is in FL but I am not sure. I'd ask for recent feedback and tell her the transaction would need to take place through Ebay or she needs to send payment in the form of a money order. (Even Ebay doesn't really offer protection from charge backs...)

If she agrees to money order, you'll need to cash it instead of deposit it. If it's a fake money order, they can't take it out of your account if you cash it. I think the Post Office cashes them...and some grocery stores.

Those darn sugar skull covers are driving me crazy...especially the exclusive cover #1. It goes for a small fortune every time I see it. Last one was $200!

Sweet Scoops charm often goes for more than the pony does. I've seen the charm hit 400 by itself a few times, although not recently as I have not seen it for sale in a while.

My PE was shipped across the country and came with packing peanuts up the wazoo. So if you are going to ship, cram packing peanuts in the box, lots of them!

I think i paid $50 to ship my PE, and close to the same for my lavender dream castle so shipping is not cheap at all on playsets.
