Trojan sunny is so weird, and funny. It reminds me of Mickey's Clubhouse too, what with body parts being a house and all.

Nano tanks are great! Like Bella said, check those parameters often, but ahh, so exciting, I hope it all goes well Bettas are beautiful. I've never kept one though, but I've kept cichlids and gourami in the past. For a short while, we had a nano saltwater tank, but sadly it crashed (not the actual tank, but it was a total collapse - and too far to go within the amount of time required to save it to a store that carried saltwater stuff :'( ). saltwater crashes are harsh, especially in a small tank. If we get a tank again, it will be a regular freshwater one. I would love to have gouramis again. they're so sweet

Oh dang, I don't know. maybe go back to Bruges? I spent many summers there growing up, and I haven't been in 10 years. But I'm actually pretty happy not going anywhere this year. Traveling within the country is enough for me for 2024, I think, and I have one road trip planned end of Feb (sheep & wool festival with my SIL it's our annual girl trip, gonna be great) , and maybe something in the summer. we'll see At some point in my life I would love to go to Japan. But it would have to be a long stay to be worth the stress, migraines etc that come for me with flying. So it's probably not happening for very many years ^^'

PBW & beldarna - thank you! Today has been better, thankfully. I woke up still with a headache but double-loaded on painkillers, and had a lovely ride with the horse. Fuzzy brained and slightly nauseous, but it was SO nice to get out. BC - oooh aquarium! what will you keep? I miss keeping a tank ;_;

I've spent my entire day sleeping off a migraine with nausea. Fun times We had fun and important future planning on the schedule today, but that will have to be another day. Other than that, I got into a test knit group I'm really excited about. I'll be knitting David a beer-themed hat. I just need to get through a lot of 1x1 ribbing before the fun can really start x)
