Hot water and soap are all you need to clear up pindot, that and some patience. =3
(okay, and a little elbow grease, but that never hurt anyone!)

I've tried this method and, unfortunately, it didn't make a lick of difference.  :/  That's why I was asking about pindot here.
Dont worry your not the only one.  Some pin dot cases are impossible for me too.

Thanks Karen!  That's good to know.  I have a couple that need a cleaning that I don't plan to bait.  And it might help her hair too.
Speaking of hair, I repinked her, but both the tail and mane kept a white stripe.  If I armor all her, will she continue to reject dye?

^This my thought...I would love to give it a try....

However...I will admit to being a cowardy custard and hope someone braver than me will post before and after pics and a tutorial before I wreck every pony in my herd!
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

I'd be very cautious about trying out new products, use them on bait only and keep careful records of what/when was done.  Sometimes problems only show up many months (or years!) later.

I'd say Baby Sugarberry's advice of testing it on fakies first would be a good idea. You could find a fakie as close to MLP as you can, test the armor all on it and then test the dye. That way you're not messing up the pony you're trying to fix and you'll be able to experiment and practice first.

Personally, I'm a little nervous about putting anything on a pony that will soak into the plastic. Plus, is it shiny? I'm not sure how I feel about shiny ponies! I also worry about long term effects like discoloring over time. I'd imagine it shouldn't do that, but I don't know much about it.

it is not shiny like a gloss. is is more of a brand new out of the box look. like i said more testing is needed!

Boil it in a pot of water with a scoop of oxy clean. Should wipe right off with some dish soap. :)
Just avoid using it on ponies with glitter symbols or chartreuse hair.

Also that's cool you discovered this! I don't think I'd feel too comfortable using it, though. Especially since no further tests have been done yet. :(
