I was toying with the idea of maybe going to the MN meet if nothing was planned for a WI one this year. But all depends on time and funds and what other things my jobs decide to throw at me. But color me interested.

If I'm buying a pony for my collection, I'm going to look for the mintiest one I can find or afford. If I find one I don't have in my collection "in the wild" at a flea market or thrift store, I am okay with the flaws, but consider it a placeholder, and it will eventually be upgraded and replaced at some point.
I'm a sucker for original, super pink fading pink hair.

First thing that came to mind: the image of a backstage staff person calling for security to remove an unauthorized person from a restricted area. The movie cliche of a person with a clipboard shouting, "Security!" after the other person gives their lame excuse for being backstage where they shouldn't be.
Comfort zone: something you are completely relaxed with/used to. A familiar space, food, or task that is so familiar you feel no trepidation about it.

Currently there is one listed on eBay for about $20 USD with no bids and 6 days left, and one completed sold listing that ended at a sale BIN for $49.

With so many established characters just begging to be made.... I just don't get it. New, original ponies are great too, but if you're going to make one off, new ponies... at least design them so they don't look like you just slapped them together in 30 seconds using whatever materials you had overstocked at the factory, Hasbro. :/

They stopped doing it about the same time they took the tiny magnets out of the LPS toys. Risk of them being swallowed, and two at the same time can attract to each other and pinch stomach and intestinal linings, causing blockages and worse. Some of the G3 magnets were ridiculously easy to get out of the foot, and some were nearly impossible to remove. And they were darn strong magnets!

You can still find the blank g3 ponies for sale at some TRU's around by me.

Right now. Strong, dark, dark roast coffee. About the only time I drink soda is when I'm making mixers. Otherwise it's usually water or unsweetened iced tea with a splash of real fruit juice for flavor and sweetness.

We have forced air furnace, but we keep the thermostat set between 58*F and 62*F in winter. The end of the house with the living room is an addition with thinner walls than the rest of the building, so we have a portable oil-filled radiator heater we can move from room to room for added heat. Hoodies and lap blankets abound.
I have problems with circulation in my extremities in the winter when it gets so cold (Wisconsin) so I also take fish oil supplements during the cold months to help with that. Makes me bruise like an overripe peach, but it helps my fingers from going so numb with cold when I'm sitting still.

Hmmm. Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and Broken Doll sound a little weird sandwiched between Otep, FFDP, In This Moment, and Marilyn Manson. But hey, that's how I roll. \m/

The long fuzz bird is a UK variant, and last time I bought one of eBay years ago cost me about $30. By now, the price is probably higher, they don;t come up much. But if the headplume is not original, it's be worth less than that.
I'd be interested either way, if you are interesting in selling her. I don't have that variant yet.
