Has anyone gotten ponies in the mail from ebay seller barbievzla (http://myworld.ebay.com/barbievzla/&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2754)?
I just wanted to see if anyone's ponies have arrived. I have two orders from that seller....one auction ended 44 days ago, the other a month and no ponies :( The seller says the post is slow during this season, but I wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue.
I opened a case on the 44 day auction (since the ebay claim window is about to hit); I hope the pony shows up and i can close it but I am getting nervous.

I think this is the same seller as woodgroup. I too ordered ponies and they haven't came yet. But it was from Eduardo (Woodgroup). I think he has multiple accounts. I know recently he sent his ponies to angelponies to distribute so I don't know, perhaps she can help. I guess the post is so slow his brother sent them all to angelponies to help distribute and sell them from the U.S. I don't know, I think all the Venezuelans were coming from the same person, Eduardo, so I'm assuming angelponies has them all now and that's why they aren't coming up on ebay anymore.

I bought from other of the other Ven sellers (mitchell-mugno), but it did take a long time for it to arrive - I think it was around a month? If it does get held up at the border, or in customs, that can add time as well, though that's no help really at the moment :(

Nope Eduardo isn't barbievzla (http://myworld.ebay.com/barbievzla/&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2754), she is a totally different person.
There was a lady who found the Venezuela ponies at a Warehouse and there were a few different buyers up there buying them from her for cheap and then reselling them on ebay, she found out about it, got really upset and quit selling them to the buyers.
Eduardo is Woodgroup and dorindarules. He is sending me ponies to sell because I don't have the customs trouble living here in WA, that he does when shipping out of Venezuela. I have known Eduardo about two years now and he asked me to help him out. :satisfied:

I'm glad I'm not the only one waiting on ponies. I bought my firefly from Euduardo in late February, & she still isn't here yet. He's been super helpfull though, so I think it's an issue w/ US post more than anything.
-
Yeah I think they are stuck in customs. :( So sad that customs has to rip apart and search through toy ponies *sigh*
-
I tried to buy from that seller but she blocked me after one little misunderstanding over a retracted bid which I fully explained to her. :/
Glad Angelponies got her hands on those ponies from Eduardo so I know they'll get here safe and sound. Please let us know when/if they arrive or if you have any more updates regarding them!
Just noticed, she's sold quite a few Venezuelan ponies in the past few months..But the last feedback received for a pony was from Shelti and she bought that it January. I hope they're not all getting lost or something.. :(

I purchased my loose pink on pink Blossom as a second chance offer from ebayand it took 3 weeks to arrive here in the US in Great Shape. She also had wonderful communication through out also.
-
I'm still waiting as well from dorindarules, but he's been very good and communicates very well. It's been 3 weeks so far and no pony. I hate customs, if i knew prior that the pony had to go through customs and get looked at, i would of never bought the pony. It's MIB for a reason, customs has to go and ruin everything!
-
Hi I bought 2 ponies from this seller as well paid for them on the 24th of feb and have not gotten them yet as well. She communicates well though and is checking in on them for me. I did have ot open a case though because it went past the 45 days. I hope it gets here soon.

I think that shipping from Venezuela to anywhere else in the world can take a while, because we know how customs sucks from these countries..
I hope you all will get your beauties soon and in great shape!!
-
I'm also waiting for mine to arrive.
I'm glad angelponies is taking over some of the future sales for the sellers. It's a lot of money to have out and no ponies in hand. :(
*Update 4/18- My ponies arrived yesterday.
-
Update from me also, my Firefly from Eduardo arrived today :) I never really imagined Veny's to be so awesome, but she's definately one of the prides of my collection <3
-
I recently got my package from her. It took just above 2 weeks, and no customes! Lucky me! :D my pony and box was in beautiful shape! :)
-
I'm waiting on a pony from her too. Paid at the end of March so coming up 4 weeks, I won't hesitate opening a claim before the 45 days is up though. I"m hoping to see her soon
-
has everyones ponies arrived then? :)
love pkw xxx
-
The first pony I ordered came today!!!! whew! and it doesn't appear customs opened it.
I have two more coming, so hopefully the back log in the mail is sorting itsself out. I would still raise a case if you come up on the 45 day limit, and then close it when the pony shows up. .
-
my two ponies from her just arrived yesterday now I am only waiting for one more from another seller and he already reasured me he would replace it if I did not get it.
-
oh! i am glad one of your ponies has arrived snyfez, it has been sailing pretty close to the wind though :(

Good to hear that ponies are arriving! It does seem that post is slower from Venezuela than other places.
-
What shipping options are the Ven. sellers giving? When I bought my loose yellow Cherries Jubilee, she arrived in 3 business days (and had her head removed by customs, but being loose it didn't really matter to me). I paid for an express shipping service that transferred to FedEx once it reached the US.
-
Most sellers offer standard economic shipping, so that's probably why they're taking so long. :/
-
I received mine this morning so exactually 4 weeks to reach NZ. I was intouch with the seller on friday for an update, she was very professional.
What I dont understand is why NZ Post put a NEW tracking number on it, so I'll be asking them shortly
