Andalusian for me. The stallions that played Shadowfax in the LOTR were beautiful, but I love the other colours too. Also they are used in dressage, which I don't think is very fashionable any more but I used to love watching it as a kid.

I've also a soft spot for the Suffolk Punch and all working breeds.
