Mmm, pancakes! I won't be having any today especially since I'm at work right now (and already have dinner plans for later) but if I were having pancakes today, I'd love some red velvet ones with cream cheese icing!

the piece of gluten free toast I had earlier will have to do.  Havent come up with a successful pancake recipe yet xD Though the one we had on xmas day was interesting.

There are a few websites out there that keep track of days like this. I know I have one bookmarked on my laptop because it's so fun to see what each day is. It's also National Pizza Day and National Bagel Day today (at least here in the US). Bagel Bites, anyone?
