waiting atthe bus stop yesterday and spotted this have tried to id but nothing seems to fit !!anybody know what it is !?

That is apparently a Magpie moth - Abraxas grossulariata

A thought that just occurred to me, that moth would make a lovely custom. Such striking colours.

 ace idea ! i thought it might have been a butterfly as it was out in the day and it flutered like one ! we have alot of diffrent bugs and beasties in the feield behind our house  :enthralled: xaflame
