My partner for the Missing Link Swap was archidraca. Number one on her list was a male twinkle eye pony, so I decided that's what I was going to make. She listed deep amethyst purple and emerald green as her favorite colors, so I used that as inspiration for the his color scheme. At first I wasn't sure which way to go with the symbol, since twinkle eye ponies seem to have quite a large variety when it comes to symbols. But then I remembered archidraca loves dragons and decided I wanted his symbol to reflect that. visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI used a baity Sweet Stuff as the base since her eyes fit so well into the color scheme and I've always thought her pose was a bit on the masculine side. I sculpted the feathers on his feet using apoxy. He was painted with acrylics. I hand-mixed the paint colors, airbrushed his body, and hand-painted his symbols. His hair is DollyHair's Sour Grapes, Wisteria, Envy, and Spring Meadow. And my sister, Daring Symphony on the Arena, made an Adventure Card to go along with the pony. I forgot to take a photo of the actual printed card before I mailed the pony off, I was running late on shipping and it just slipped my mind. But here is a photo of the art. I printed the adventure card on postcard paper, so it would be nice and thick and have a glossy sheen to it. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSo glad you like him archidraca! ~Jennifer

Karma was my partner for the Fantasy Swap. She had a lot of awesome ideas on her list but my favorite was this guy. As soon as I saw him, I knew I wanted to bring him to life, so to speak. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI started out with a super baity Quarterback. I drilled holes behind his ears and inserted the wires that would become the framework for his horns. I used apoxy to sculpt his horns. I drilled holes down the middle of his back to act as hair plugs. His body was airbrushed a dark grey color. His muzzle was aibrushed white, I brush-painted little wisps of fur in his ears, and hand-painted his eyes and horns with acrylics. He was rehaired using red yarn. Many thanks to those of you who shared your yarn rehairing tutorials, I watched quite a few of them! His mohawk was styled to give a poofy look and his tail was flat-ironed to give a sleek look. This pony marked a lot of firsts for me. First time using wire to anchor in horns, first time sculpting horns, first time drilling holes in a pony, and first time working with yarn. I am super happy with how he turned out. He was hard to send off, I got pretty attached to him! Anyway, here he is: visitors can't see pics , please register or login~Jennifer

MikeysGrrrl was my partner for the Monochrome Swap. She had a carousel pony on her list of ideas and I thought a carousel pony would look really pretty in monochrome, so I went with that. She listed blue as one of her favorite colors, and since it is also one of my favorite colors, I decided to work in blue. The saddle and bridle were sculpted with apoxie. The body was airbrushed blue. I hand painted the saddle and bridle in a light blue. Her eyes are painted in shades of blue. Her hair is a blend of DollyHair's Atomic Turquoise and Forget Me Not. Since MikeysGrrrl's had actually list the idea as a "decked out carousel pony," I knew she needed some fancy extras to really make her stand out, so I added some ribbon, jewels, and flowers to her saddle and bridle. Now that I know the pony has arrived safely at her new home I can share some pics of her. visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or login~Jennifer

Hi everypony! Some of you may remember, about 2 years ago I offered "Painting Pony" adoptables and they were incredibly popular, with a whopping 89 requests! I was looking through my old files recently and I came upon them. I remembered how much fun I had making them and I thought maybe it was time to offer them once again. Here is a link to the original thread in case you want to see some more examples: Painting Ponyvisitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or login Credit to Hasbro for the line art.Rules:1. Hello I was wondering if anyone could ID this doll for me. My father found her in a thrift shop and he can't seem to find any info about her. If anyone has any information they could share that would be great. Also, he wants to know how much she is worth. He plans to list her on eBay but has no idea what her value is. He asked my opinion but I really am not sure, so I thought I would ask the dolls experts! visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThanks so much! ~Jennifer

I was so excited when I saw that SunPony had Nausicaa on her list because I am a HUGE Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli fan myself! I decided right away that I wanted to make a Nausicaa pony for her. Now that SunPony has informed me that Nausicaa has arrived safely and that she likes her, I would like to share her with all of you! So without further ado, I present to you Princess Nausicaa! visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginA little about how she was made, for anyone that may be interested: Her shoes are actually pony shoes that I painted. The rest of her outfit, her hair, and her accessories were sculpted with apoxie sculpt. Her head was airbrushed to give her skin a smooth look. Everything else was hand painted. Her mask is removable, it is held in place by magnets (one inside the mask, one inside the pony's head). The inside of the mask is lined with felt for a bit of cushioning. And of course, I couldn't send Nausicaa off to her new home without her trusty glider! The skeleton of the glider was created using a gift wrap tube for the center, cardboard for the wings, and a thin metal pole for the legs. I have to give some credit to my sister, Daring Symphony, she helped me bend the pole into the right shape, insert it into the tube, and secure it in place. I couldn't have done it without her help. After the skeleton was constructed, the whole thing was covered with apoxie sculpt, sanded, and painted white. visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThis pony was a huge learning experience for me, before this swap I had never sculpted anything more than a horn. I had a few setbacks along the way, and even had to start over from scratch at one point. But in the end I think Nausicaa turned out really great and I am very proud of her. I hope you like her, too. And, for anyone who may not be familiar with this particular character or anime, here are a few reference photos: visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThanks for looking! ~Jennifer

Goddessofpeep and I started talking during the Arena Accessory Swap. I was an accessory noob and she, as an accessory expert, helped me out a lot during the swap. We have stayed in touch and become good friends. She had mentioned not being able to join the Accessory Swap and I suggested we do a private swap. What started out as a small accessory swap, quickly turned in to much more. We discovered that we both shared a love of "bad movies" and decided to add that into the swap as well. We also discovered that we both have lots of collections and decided to allocate a large budget just for extras/other collections. So with that said, this is going to be a very long brag with tons of photos! You have been warned! Okay first of all, Andrea completely outdid herself on the wrapping! I've never had as much fun unwrapping anything as I did with this swap! When I first opened the box there was a very official looking letter from the "Department of Extraterrestrial Annihilation and Disposal." It said the box contained an alien life-form and that I had been tasked with dissecting this creature and finding its weakness. (Click on the photos if you want to make them bigger.) So here are some photos of everything still "wrapped". According to the letter, the creature on the top left with all the eyeballs is the one I was to dissect. The three small creatures next to it were larvae and the small spider-like creature were spores. visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThis first photo was taken during the dissection process. The second photo is after the dissection once all of the "organs" had been removed. visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginFor anyone who may be interested I have many more photos of the alien creatures and the dissection process in my photobucket account here: link. The unwrapping AKA disscetion took several hours and was so much fun! Now on to the goodies! Stickers! When Andrea and I met we were both participating in the Sticker Swap, so she knew about my love of stickers. She sent me so many amazing stickers! I honestly don't know which ones I like best! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI also collect erasers, pins, and anything Tinker Bell. Andrea's got that all covered here! The little animal erasers are so cute! And the buttons are from SDCC, how cool is that?! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginYou know what they say, good things come in small packages! I love cats and this tiny little cat figure is too cute for words! I am a huge Stitch fan and this little Stitch figure is absolutely amazing! And the tiny little Bowtie is unbelievable! Such amazing detail! For anyone that doesn't know, Bowtie is my favorite pony and I have an army of her. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginMost of the "organs" from earlier turned out to be pony accessories! I love baby ponies, so baby accessories are the best! Andrea and I had talked about that mini poster before, I was so excited to see it in the box! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginIn my opinion, quite possibly the best part of mlp accessories is pony wear! I had so much fun dressing my ponies up in these new outfits! (Don't worry I didn't open the MOC nirvana pony wear. ) I put a few "fashion show" pics in the spoiler below if anyone is interested. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSpoiler The ponies in these pics were not part of the swap. They are just here to model the lovely outfits Andrea sent me! visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginPonies! I have recently fallen in love with G2 ponies and was thrilled to have so many new ponies to add to my collection. Sugar Belle with all her accessories! Ivy with beautiful long air! Mail order Sea Breeze! A beanie of my favorite G2 pony Sky Skimmer! And Hopscotch! I have wanted her for a long time! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI mentioned earlier that there was a "bad movie" component to this swap, here they are! There a few old favorites here and a lot that I have yet to watch, so exciting! And, while Andrea was at SDCC she had Sharknado signed by Tara Reid, Ian Ziering, the writer, and the director. How awesome is that?! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginIt's hard to pic favorites in a box where everything is pure awesome, but if I had to pick, these last three items would be my top three. After ponies, my next biggest collection is Power Rangers. I had this doll as a child but my mother gave her away, I was so happy to be able to add her to my collection! I also have a pretty big collection of plushies and I am a huge Studio Ghibli fan, so I was ecstatic to see this plush Totoro! Last but not least, I am completely obsessed with Hook from Once Upon a Time, but it is so hard to find merch with him. I was super happy to get this shirt! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginIf you're still with me, thanks for sticking it out 'til the end, I know that was a really long brag. But Andrea put so much time, effort, work, thought, creativity, and imagination into everything and I really wanted a brag that did her justice. And to Andrea, I have said it before and I will say it again, you really went above and beyond with this swap box! Opening the box was so much fun and I absolutely loved every single item in the box! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! ~Jennifer

I made these for wyndeoo for the Little Army Swap. Now that I know she has received them and she likes them, I wanted to share them with you! First up is "Ray of Sunshine" Shoreline. She was rehaired with DollyHair in Mermaid and Lemon Drop. I have always thought that Shoreline was such a pretty pony, but the hair Hasbro gave her just doesn't bring out her full potential. With this rehair, I was going for a blue sky with rays of sunlight shining through. I chose colors that I thought brought out the brightness of her eyes and her symbol. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginNext up is this pair of cuties! Wyndeoo had said that she would love to receive customs of her favorite Sunshine Ponies, Seaflower and Sand Digger. By now I'm sure you all know how much I love making customs! I certainly wasn't going to pass up this opportunity! They both received full body repaints, they were rehaired with DollyHair, and their eyes and symbols were hand-painted with acrylics. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThanks for looking! ~Jennifer

Hiya! This list is mainly for swaps. Thanks for looking! Which pony flaws are acceptable/unacceptable to you?Acceptable: minor symbol rubs, minor eye paint rubs/scratches, slightly frizzy hair, minor mane/tail trims, minor flocking rubs, minor tail rust, writing under hooves, a few missing plugs (as long as they are not in the front), and small, faded, or hardly noticeable marks. Not Acceptable: chew marks, missing pieces, major mane/tail cuts, extremely frizzy hair, major flocking loss, mold, cancer, age spots, or regrind. Also, no paint touch ups please. Specific Issues: I strongly prefer that any ponies with mechanisms (Brush 'n Grows, etc.) still work, that all Sweetheart Sister ponies still have their earrings intact, and that all G2 ponies still have both of their eye crystals, these issues are very important to me.
