Hi everyone

So I have this really nice G1 Love petal that needs a rehair.  Both sites I checked say her hair is a match for Dollyhair's Wisteria.  This one is definitely not Wisteria.  The color is actually an exact match to one of the colors on the G4 Princess Celestia.  I'm wondering if this pony is an anomaly or if she possible has been rehaired before (although, there's a bit of tail rust and i'd think that washer would have been replaced with something that doesn't rust before).  Or is her hair not Wisteria? I', attaching some photos of Love Petal next to a Wisteria tail (from Lemon Drop).  She doesn't match any of the ponies I have that have Wisteria.

Any input would be appreciated!

I've searched and searched the usual reference sites and I cannot find the Merriweather that is on the RIGHT in the photo below.  Can anyone help me identify where this Merriweather comes from?  She's identical to the Rain or Shine Merriweather on the left, except she has permanent boots on.   Many Thanks!

Hello everyone!
I am located in Denver, Colorado. Best place on earth (most days).

Happy to be here.  I'm fairly new to all this.  I have an eBay store that I started when my other business volume declined.  I started buying and selling ponies after a trip to the flea market in June with my grandson, who loves my little pony. I vividly remember them when I was a kid and I can never seem to get the tv commercial song out of my head!  I also love being able to spend time with him doing something he knows all about and he loves doing Pony Hair.

I sell pretty much anything people collect but mostly My Little Pony, Littlest Pet Shop and Trolls.  I have a little (well, a lot) of everything, mostly G3 and G4 (and McDonald's toys) but I am working on my G1 inventory.  Just got my first non McD's G2 Pony (Seabreeze)! 

I love how well documented MLP is.  I think it's pretty cool to have so many diverse people with such a passion for collecting.  And It never ceases to amaze me when I am working with any G1 pony that most of them are older than my son (he used to play with them when he was a kid)!  I could not do what I do if it weren't for everyone out there contributing to my education of MLP. 

I look forward to learning even more and contributing where I can.
